hi there,its probably best to give them a call around 6.00pm if you want to speak with them, or the morning around 11.00am, they do speak english ,It is a great place to stay, with a relaxed atmosphere, there are night staff ,who should be able to help you,. It is not a typical hotel , no five star service..but incredibly charming, I have stayed there about 15 times with my family over the last 10 years ,as its perfect for the market. but I guess you have chosen it because of this relaxed vibe .. g
