The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. They are able to provide all forms of assistance, including umbrella rental, provision of extra amenities and also extended check out time. The premium room was spacious, and I enjoyed a great scenery of the church.
I return to the NH Collection in the Grand Sablon every time I stop over in Brussels. The location is perfect, a walking distance from the museums, galleries of the Sablon area, and excellent restaurants. But moreover, the hotel had been nicely renovated and all the rooms are pleasant, quiet and well appointed. The breakfast is rich and good, and on top of everything the rates are reasonable. Recommended!
Let me count the ways I love this hotel. It's in a great central location that's quiet and has good shops and restaurants. It's central. The actual building is beautiful and luxurious. The staff is excellent and I was able to check in very early--which saved me after a long flight. I was also able to check out late, which is no small thing for jetlag. The room was big, clean, modern with a beautiful window that opened and a view. There's coffee in the room and a big, comfortable bed. The bathroom was spotless. The hallways are well lit and clean. Finally, the breakfast could not be better--absolutely amazing. I seriously want to live here. I would 1000% book again if I ever visit the city again. This is the example of an excellent continental hotel.
Wonderful hotel, friendly attentive staff, spacious room and very clean . Always wonderful to stay at this hotel. Great location walking distance to historical centre, avenue Louise and the beautiful shops and restaurants of sablon highly recommended
Clean, neat, and hygienic bathrooms as well the rooms are clean and spacious. Excellent customer service since we had an issue of TV sound with a a sensitive neighbor. The Hotel receptionist managed to handle in a very polite manner as they moved us into another room at our own pace and with respect, that means they treat all their clients equally. The hotel is located near to many touristic attractions, restaurants and
We chose to stay in the Sablon to be within easy walking distance of transport connections and the main tourist area which whilst lovely can be incredibly 'lively' at night. Our superior room was spacious, clean and tastefully decorated, and so was the bathroom. All the staff we encountered (cleaners, breakfast staff, reception) were friendly and professional. Having read good reviews about it, we paid for breakfast which, whilst tasty with a great a variety on offer, is a pricey 25 euros per person. At that price-point we made sure we filled up properly for the day so didn't really need to eat lunch, but rather an afternoon snack. There were just two annoying things. The bedroom doors were quite noisy when they closed so we were easily woken up in the morning as people left their rooms. The mattress was too hard (leaving me with an ache down my leg after the second night), and I say that as a person with a preference for firm mattresses and pillows! Having said that we had a good stay and would probably return again for a short stay.…
We checked in, slept and checked out without having to claim for anything except rooms cleaning staff which was not very discreet in the early morning of a weekend day. Equipment of the toilet could also be completed with a toilet brush. I know it's particular as a comment, but to me it's an essential tool in a toilet :).
I had an ok experience at this hotel. Some of the staff were friendly. Specially at the front desk; however, the staff at the breakfast buffet were right down hostile ( except for 1 waitress ). They have a pretty good breakfast buffet at € 23 It may seem expensive but considering the prices in this city it is pretty reasonable because you have a lot of choices of good quality food. My room was spacious and comfortable. It had a mini bar and a coffee machine as well as a complimentary bottle of water. The hotel is very well located. You can pretty much walk to all the main attractions. If you can’t walk, there are tram lines and several buses with 100 meters of the hotel. They don’t have a restaurant so if you want room service you will be dissatisfied. Note that most shops, super markets and restaurants close pretty early and almost everything is closed on Sunday.…
Friendly and obliging staff make the difference and they work here! Perfectly located in a quiet, safe area, surrounded by restaurants from cheap eats to Michelin hats. Within walking distance of almost everything. The room was a reasonable size, clean and well provisioned.
Excellent location. Wonderful staff. Big bedroom and bathroom with enormous bed. Air conditioner was great as it was very hot outside. Very good choice at breakfast buffet and really good quality. Would definitely go back.
