expedia vip upgrade to suite a pleasant surprise, boutique hotel with very good service, nice amenities like beautiful coffe table books about film, comedy, cars, watches, and interesting topics. a tuscan garden patio for dining and relaxation. Good location near Avenue Louise and near tram. From airport take train to Gare du midi, and then taxi to hotel about €14.... More

Service is at 5 level with kind personnel. Rooms are somewhat outdated, or at the limit of technical amortization time. Breakfast is good, but with €29 p.p.p.n. very expensive to my opinion. Same for the €30 per not night for parking your car. Clear that the hotel earns its money on the "extras". So not a bad hotel for the... More

I've stayed here a few times on business and what you get is a reliable experience. It's a bit expensive but is generally much better than other options in the area. Rooms are a good size and comfortable, WiFi works well and the breakfast is good (if expensive). I haven't eaten in the restaurant but we had a conference dinner... More

We used to live in the neigborhood and wanted to stay close. We had walked by the hotel many times while living there but never went inside. From the minute we walked in until we left the service was great. Our room was very nice and spacious. We used their parking and in the pouring rain the guys would stop... More

This is a distinctly average business hotel though with above average prices. Wifi was additional to room price and very slow. The public rooms are bland and the bedrooms very stuffy, even with the window open. location is good and the staff reasonably helpful, though you might want to consider more reasonably priced and better quality hotels available locally, in... We chose this hotel to be close to a friend who lives in the neighbourhood , we just followed his recommendations. That was a perfect choice. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, polite. The bedroom (509) was spacious, a desk, a sitting area. Quiet area even if close to Avenue Louise. Easy access to trendy bars and restaurants, fantastic nite life. Enjoyed... More

I stayed here for the fourth time on business. Good size rooms, well maintained, good WiFi. Good breakfast buffet. It’s not one of the large factories but it is not a tiny boutique either. Quite well situated for central Brussels and Avenue Louise.

Can't fault this hotel. Attentive and friendly staff. Each time I visit I receive a personal welcome by name. Great rooms, comfortable bed and excellent breakfast. Convenient location off Ave Louise and close to local bars and cafes. Not the cheapest hotel in Brussels but by no means the dearest.

The hotel bills itself as a boutique hotel, but it is really simply a medium-sized hotel. The hotel is not right in the centre, but it is in a great upscale neighbourhood, with lots of shopping, bars, and restaurants, and good transport links by tram and metro (you can probably be in the Grand Place in about 15 minutes). Pretty... More
