The property is magnificent and the location is a great one close to all kinds of shopping and food locations are just a few blocks away. The reception staff , specially Stephanie , helped me arrange a stroll around th Brussels central area and a day trip to Brugge. She was magnificent and incredibly helpful.
If you are in Brussels for business or holiday, you should consider this hotel. Everyone from the front desk to the floor attendants are absolutely gracious. I love the rooms here...especially the attention to detail (small brass fittings are polished!, and I especially like the heated bathroom floors...on demand of course!). With covid, everyone is on edge about traveling...I can assure you that they are very thorough, yet in a way that makes one feel it’s alright, and comfortable. I have stayed here a number of times before, but never took the time to write about it. Again, I love this hotel!
Always a pleasure to come back to this great hotel in Brussels! Luxury and comfort, excellent breakfast and all room amenities you need. The service and courtesy of the staff, one of the strongest advantages of the hotel.
We had a short stay in Steigenberger BRUSSELS. Arrival was perfect and reception staff very good. The classic room is getting outdated but still very comfortable. Breakfast Buffet provided all you need with again a top service minded staff. I give only 4 star because of little bit outdated room but especially because we had problem with a big fashion party in the ballroom under our room 150. When we arrived at midnight there was a note that we could change rooms as the party would end at 2 am. Since we were tired we did not change. Anyway, in the morning staff was well aware of this mistake and compensated this noice proble with a free breakfast and upgrade during next stay (still to be confirmed by mail). Also here, the staff was really top friendly and helpful. Final conclusion : very nice hotel with a very professional staff. …
Very nice hotel at an ideal spot... It’s a pity the details ruin the final image... To be more specific the rooms are very large, and well equipped. The furniture modern enough and of good quality.... But then comes the problems... Tv was not functioning properly, many channels were freezing, same thing with the Internet. Half of the days the forgot to re-stock the soaps and the other days to replenish the water bottles. Little things? Yes... But they shouldn’t happen in a five star hotel !!! Additionally the bar closes at midnight !!! Weird again... The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and of good quality... As I said... Little odd details that put you off for a five star hotel
