I stayed at NH Grand Place Arenberg for 3 night for a business trip. The location is really good, near to many attractions and lots of places to eat. The staff was very kind and helpful, breakfast had lots of options and was really very good. If to point out some flaws, then rooms are a bit outdated and elevators are very small. I also find a price per night a bit pricy, but as it is Brussels, then it is acceptable I guess. Overall I enjoyed my stay. Thank you!
So disappointed- started out very nice, pleasant staff. Sadly, elevators not working, hugely overcharged for breakfast, no business center, showers need a good cleaning. I did like the location and recommend Wolf for dining in this area.
We booked this hotel with our Eurostar package and paid for an upgraded room. We had not stayed at NH before but always regarded them as a stylish quality outfit, so took this opportunity to stay in Brussels. What a huge disappointment. This is never a 4* hotel. We have stayed in 3* hotels that are much better. Shame on Eurostar for recommending this hotel. We had to advise the check in clerk that we had upgraded and were then assigned a gloomy old room with a very noisy AC unit - constant rattle. Back down to reception and we were given another room which was better with a quiet AC. Room was cramped with a tiny WC cubicle and a shower that took ages to produce a small trickle. It was pathetic. We were assured this was one of their upgraded rooms?? There was a breakfast room but no restaurant or bar. Bottles of drink were available from a chilled cupboard near reception at exorbitant prices (3.5 euro for small bottle of water). The lifts were tiny. To find a positive - the breakfast provided was good. We would not recommend this hotel. …
Great location, walking distance from the highlight points of the city, very friendly and helpful staff and amazing breakfast. Very good price / quality. The cleaness of the room was perfect. We will be back!
I booked this hotel for my parents & they loved it. The location is very central & easy to navigate to the top tourist destinations. The hotel itself is very nice too & the room was clean and spacious. I would like to give a shout-out to Jonathan (I think) who was super friendly and helpful during my parents stay. My parents praised him so much & he definitely made their stay better. Thanks, Jonathan!
We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights . My daughter booked it as a treat for me for Mother’s Day . The hotel location is excellent as we could walk to most of the places of interest and also very near the railway stations. In our arrival we were met with very pleasant staff who checked us in quickly and efficiently. We were pleasantly surprised as a plate of goodies was given to us for Mother’s Day . The room was a reasonable size for a city hotel. Every effort was taken for cleanliness and disinfection . The room had tea/ coffee making facilities. Breakfast was excellent and again all staff very helpful and friendly. The only reason I haven’t given a 5 star rating is because our safe was faulty. Despite reporting it twice it wasn’t repaired during our stay . Apart from this the stay was perfect and I would definitely recommend it and no doubt will stay here again when in Brussels. …
The staff was very nice and welcoming, the room (upgraded as a return guest) was compact but comfortable and modern with a nespresso machine and free bottled water. Welcome gift (plate full of sweets) as a return guest, very much appreciated! Breakfast was good (pity the bacon was not refilled even after 1 hour). Will return when the price is right (I have now stayed there 3 times). I left with a happy face, thanks!
The hotel was so clean and the room is reasonably spacious. The welcome treats is great! French macarons and chocolate cupcakes. We enjoy the breakfast, Mihaela is super nice and accomodating. The location is great as well. We’ll definitely visit again one day.
Staff especially Mikhaela are very welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are nice and clean. The breakfast buffet is excellent with many different choices for bread, coffee, and juices. A selection of meats and cheeses, yoghurt, granola, and dessert are also available.
We really enjoyed or stay in hotel the staff where very friendly and helpful. They could not do enough for you. The next time we are in Brussels we will definitely stay there as it is very centrally located.
