    This is a terrible hotel, especially for the price. We arrived early and were told our room wasn't ready (which we totally expected) but if we paid an extra 30 euros we could check in to the room... We were grudgingly told we could move to another room (it was now 11 p.m.) When we said yes, I had to ask twice to have someone bring a luggage cart to help us move so we didn't have to try to repack all our things... The new room was much smaller and much noisier... This is an old, terrible hotel with staff that really doesn't care...

After a brief discussion with my girlfriend I left the room and headed to reception... I was greeted by a girl who was polite but stated that it was just how it was, I invited her up to look at the room and she did so and I listed my concerns about keeping a baby in a room which appeared to be damp and unhygienic... I explained to the same girl that I needed a different room or a refund and at this point our trip hung in the balance... The girl left and returned a short while later with room keys to a different suite - which I believe was an upgrade - to a modern clean and stylish room, I can only describe the difference as feeling like I had moved hotels completely... Based on my trip to the Warwick Brussels-Capital I would recommend, with a word of warning that without booking the top level of a room, you may be left very disappointed...

    ...We were put in a room with a broken thermostat, as well as other issues. It was freezing in the room and we called front desk to fix the problem... The temperature did adjust after some time, however in the morning it was uncomfortably hot in the room... This time front desk told us that it was not normal practice for them to adjust thermostat remotely for guests as previously we were made to believe, and that the one in our room was in fact broken... No manager was available to explain why we were not offered to switch rooms yesterday after we called about temperature issues, or why the engineer was no available to fix the thermostat, or why no compensation was offered... For the amount of money we paid per night we should be able to adjust the temperature in the room... In addition to that, the bathroom clogged, the sink was broken, and the safe was also broken in the room...

This would be acceptable if it were a two star hotel but given the price of €300 and being a top 5 star hotel in Brussels, I was dissatisfied with the state of the room and the quality of breakfast didn’t match the status of this establishment... I would not return here and hope that the management team ensure that they can present clean rooms to their guests in the future...

    Worst hotel we have ever stayed in... No friendly greetings when you arrive and they take an extra €200 at check in which they don’t tell You about when you book!... Also don’t bother with breakfast as it’s very expensive served cold and staff too busy chatting to serve you in any way... Advise to give a very very wide berth in fact go to Brugge must never place and people friendly ...

    We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, great location , friendly and helpful staff made our stay memorable.The room was delightful with its regency style decor and the bathroom was marble throughout,we particularly liked the very comfortable bed and the maid kept our room spotlessly clean every day, the tea and coffee making in the room were really appreciated... The checkout was seamless and Corentin was particularly helpful.We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to explore Brussels and all the culture and amenities it has to offer, we would love to return to this hotel again in the future...

That night, our thermostat didn't work and the manager kept telling us to simply open the window... We were grudgingly told we could move to another room (it was now 11 p.m.) When we said yes, I had to ask twice to have someone bring a luggage cart to help us move so we didn't have to try to repack all our things...     Perfectly situated comfortable hotel serving an excellent breakfast facilitated by friendly, professional staff... One complaint: it took up to fifteen minutes to get a decent flow of hot water: it is both inconvenient for the guests, a serious practical fault and a poor reflection on the hotel's environmental performance as thousands of litres must be wasted... I suggest that the Manager briefs his plumbing engineers to attend to this...

    On arrival to the Warwick, the reception area was lovely and the staff were helpful. On checking in we received room keys for our junior suite and myself and my girlfriend were very excited to see where we would be spending the next 4 days with our 1 year old daughter on her first city break... After a brief discussion with my girlfriend I left the room and headed to reception... I was greeted by a girl who was polite but stated that it was just how it was, I invited her up to look at the room and she did so and I listed my concerns about keeping a baby in a room which appeared to be damp and unhygienic... The girl left and returned a short while later with room keys to a different suite - which I believe was an upgrade - to a modern clean and stylish room, I can only describe the difference as feeling like I had moved hotels completely... From this point it was an amazing holiday and I can’t speak highly enough of the staff, location and views of the city from the rooftop where we enjoyed several drinks throughout our stay...

After some time the temperature was still uncomfortable and we called again... This time front desk told us that it was not normal practice for them to adjust thermostat remotely for guests as previously we were made to believe, and that the one in our room was in fact broken... No manager was available to explain why we were not offered to switch rooms yesterday after we called about temperature issues, or why the engineer was no available to fix the thermostat, or why no compensation was offered... The front desk staff said that all they could do was discuss the issue with their manager tomorrow... For the amount of money we paid per night we should be able to adjust the temperature in the room...

Don’t bother asking for help you won’t get any be lucky to get a shrug from staff or told ask someone else!... Also don’t bother with breakfast as it’s very expensive served cold and staff too busy chatting to serve you in any way... Expect to queue when you check in and check out generally only 2 staff on front desk unless bell boy gets sick of guests complaints and he will go get the manager...

    Recently stayed one night at the Warwick Grand Palace hotel in Brussels after arriving on international flight... Booking was made through booking.com where I found the lowest price offer... Reservation details were emailed immediately... Payment was made directly at the hotel... We arrived early, a member of our party was feeling ill so they let us check into one room early for a €50 extra fee... Check-in for second room was very slow, 4-5 guests ahead in queue, each took around 5-6 minutes to obtain their keys... Thus waited nearly 25 minutes just to pick up key to the room... This could be an easy area of improvement for Warwick that would be much appreciated by hotel guests... Rooms were similar to last stay and generally fine... TV, safe, wifi and kettle all worked... Location is excellent for those needing to use Brussels Central Rail Station for transportation to/from the airport or onward around Belgium... Overall, Warwick has served its purpose for us a couple times now during trips to Belgium...

    A tidy hotel but attention to detail needed... The fridge was on but didn’t cool and the air conditioning was not effective (working?)... Bed comfortable and room was clean... Okay for the budget and very close to the train station... You have to pay 10 euros each to go up and this is credited towards drinks/ food...

The hotel has a great location close to everything with the Brussels central station just 5 minutes walk and the old town full of restaurants and bars on our doorstep... The checkout was seamless and Corentin was particularly helpful.We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to explore Brussels and all the culture and amenities it has to offer, we would love to return to this hotel again in the future...

    So hotel is very central right beside train station , shops and restaurant Pillows were really comfy And hotel was clean But so disappointed with roof top bar think its unfair that members of the public can access this leaving hotel residents queuing also unfair to hotel residents to have to pay 10 euro to access this ( I know the 10 euro can go of the drink inside) BUT what if you didn't want a drink you just wanted to relax, so no really place for residents to sit and relax...     The hotel is located right next to the station and it’s right in the middle of the centre!... My partner and I stayed there for 3 nights and Ottavio the general manager was very nice and helpful... We had our second anniversary celebration at Brussels and the hotel decorated the room for the occasion... The room was very clean, comfortable bed, quiet and the Roof top bar has a lovely view of the cathedral!... I recommend this hotel in Brussels and we will stay over again for sure!...

    I had an excellent one night stay at the Warwick in Brussels. The hotel definitely exceeded my expectations and was great value for the price... The location was perfect, it was a 5 minute walk to the Grand Place and very central to most sites... The room and bathroom were very spacious and everything was great quality... The rooftop bar was also an added bonus, it was the perfect view for sunset...

The towels smelt really bad, they looked clean but they did not smell clean. They smelt old & stale. We had 3 rooms booked & in one room the kettle didn’t work so we mentioned to reception, they said they would deal with it, they didn’t. We discovered it was the plug socket that didn’t work so plugged it somewhere else in the room but worked that out ourselves. When we checked out we left our passports in the room (our fault) but when we realised & rang the hotel they treated us really badly & refused to help after telling us they weren’t in the room. We drove back to the hotel, 5 hour round trip, spoke to 3 different levels of staff & eventually they discovered the passports had been handed to security by the cleaner. The first 2 staff told me they had spoken to the cleaner & nothing had been found, terrible experience. I was crying, we missed our train home, the staff made us feel like criminals & I’m sure they thought we were lying. We ended up in our car for over 11 hours, absolute nightmare. I have high blood pressure & for 4 hours I felt sick with fear because the hotel kept telling me they did not have the passports so we wouldn’t have been able to leave the country & get home. Staff did not do their jobs, follow any protocol & made us feel awful.

Great stay at Warwick Brussels, a hotel close not only to the central station (easy access from Zaventem airport) but also to the magnificent Grand Place. The hotel has a special charm, a brasserie-style restaurant and a rooftop with a superb view of the Grand Place. The staff is very smiley and helpful especially Ronald at the reception who was very attentive from the beginning to the end of my stay, recommending good places to eat (an italian restaurant called Ricotta and Parmesan that you should visit) and nice places to visit around the hotel!

This hotel is amazing. It’s in an excellent central location, 2 minutes from the train station and 5 minutes walk to grand place. The staff are so friendly and helpful, especially Ronald who marked out all the Christmassy locations for us on a map, organised a late check out for us and printed out all the our train times to get back to the airport. The rooms are lovely and clean and have aircon/heating that you can control. The room has toiletries , shower cap, vanity kit, shoe cleaner and tea and coffee facilities as well as Complimentary bottles of water. The secret roof top bar is stunning and a must visit while you are there. They also have a luggage room to store your cases if you need. You pay a room deposit as is standard on most hotels but you get this back when you check out (minus any charges to your room). Highly recommend, will definitely return!

I stayed in this hotel for a couple of nights during a training course. The place is very nice and welcoming, close to both public transport and the city centre; therefore, very convenient for getting around on foot. Furthermore, the staff at the reception were very kind right away. They also helped me a lot in finding an adapter for my strange computer socket, without which I wouldn't have been able to work. Thank you very much Larissa, Corentin, Ronald and all the staff!

Just stayed for 1 night: 1-at the check in they do not mention about the extras blocking amount on top of the room rate to pay. I had to ask what exact was that amount. 2-The safe was not working, I had to call 4 times in 30 minutes for someone to come, then could not fix it at the moment, I left the hotel, came back, it was not fixed and no message left about it. 3-The CC I used to check in, I exchanged for another for the check out . After few days I saw that the CC used at the check in, there was the amount of the room rate and extras blocked. it all took more than 2 weeks for this reserved money to be back to my CC after I have sent few emails to the reception and called few times, the last email was not answered and the last try attempt by email showed I have been blocked by them, I called once again and This time I asked to talk to someone from the accounting department, who helped me and in 5 minutes this issue was finally solved. (thank you) .Anytime I contacted them by phone either at the hotel or international call, they never use their names unless I asked it. The price for the breakfast is expensive for the options they offer. The hotel is in a great location.

Had a flight out of Brussels -- this is my second time staying here and like the first time, very much enjoyed the experience. 1. staff are very friendly 2. the brasserie in the hotel has good Belgian food and a decent beer selection and for a good price. 3. the bed is one of the comfiest ever and I had a very very good sleep. didn't want to wake up for my flight, it was that comfortable. 4. unfortunately it was raining, but the rooftop indoors was still open and as usual has a great view of the city and very nice cocktails. 5. lastly, the bathroom was very nice, and for me this is an important part of a hotel. it had ample space, the water pressure was good, however it is a bathtub (i prefer showers). 6. the room was non-adjoining. This is a big one as I really dislike rooms that have a room to the adjoining room. Overall this is a hotel I would recommend for others due to proximity to Central Station, walking distance in the center however, it is on the side street that avoids the parts of centre that tend to attract homeless and beggars, making this an ideal spot to get around to all the center, easy access to the embassy quarter, as well as the whole brussels region and even Belgium.

Fantastic location with very convenient parking garage underneath. The hotel overall needs an update and is looking very tired. The skybar had a very limited selection of cocktails and service was extremely slow. The in roof safe didn’t work (neither did our friends in room safe work?!) and despite twice requesting a reset-it didn’t happen so we locked our valuables in our cases-not ideal. If I were to stay again it would be for the location only.

Lovely hotel in great location, short stroll down lanes to Grand Place and close to Mont Des Arts and all the museums. Restaurant is great and secret Rooftop bar is a very special place for a drink. We had a Junior Suite which is worth the upgrade. Super clean. Fabulous breakfast.

This was a very special trip for us as we went to the Same hotel 20 years ago for our honeymoon when it was called the Royal Windsor and we were excited to return for our 20th anniversary. The hotel did not disappoint, the staff were so kind, welcoming and friendly and had very kindly upgraded and decorated our room and provided complementary bubbly. Alicia (I hope I have that correct) on reception was particularly helpful and pleasant. They really made us feel very welcome and enhanced our stay in Brussels. The hotel itself is extremely clean and well positioned. Our room was well equipped and stylish with a large seating area and beautiful marble bathroom. The common areas are also very clean and stylish. Thank you Warwick and all staff for making our stay enjoyable and helping us to create fond memories.
