I really do not recommend this hotel. I booked a room for a weeknight, and by the time and when I arrived, they simply told me they were overbooked. Too bad. Instead of having already looked for an alternative, they waited until i got there. it was not until almost midnight that they found me a place. They said they will not charge. Well, they did charge my account and ever since, I am still waiting for a refund.

Nice area to stay in, lots of supermarkets and easy to access main attraction such as the Grand Place. The bed was comfortable enough and the room was an ok Size. It was a little warm and we did miss the option of A/C, the fan provided really just circulated the warm air and as we were on the front opening the window meant it was noisy so didn't sleep the best, however we didn't let this spoil our trip!. The only other small point is maybe some clear signage of the bin system would have been useful. The room wasn't serviced during our stay but this wasn't an issue for us. If i found a deal for the same price, i would stay here again and just bring my ice pack to keep me cool at night!

We slept there for five quiet nights and found the staff polite and helpful. The double room and bathroom were clean, and the kitchenette was reasonably well equipped, with everything in working order. The accommodation did not have air conditioning, although the fan was adequate. Other positives include the great location near the metro and other public transport, restaurants, shops, tourist sites and 24-hour on-site service. The communal areas were clean and useful, including after checkout. Suggestions: A notice in the room regarding disposal of the rubbish since the cleaners come weekly. The landline did not work in our room. I would stay there again since the price was also reasonable and the internet was reliable.

GOT ABUSED BY MALE RECEPTIONIST WORKING SATURDAY NIGHT 30/04! After arriving at the hotel I have asked 3 times for a tea towel to wipe our dishes as none was provided and the lovely lady receptionist informed me it should have been in our room. after asking 3 times as I was walking back to my room with my partner, i stopped by the reception on Saturday night 30/04 in the evening. I kindly asked the gentleman working if I could possibly have a tea towel. That “gentleman” literally rolled is eyes and shook his head, jumped out of his sit as if he was FURIOUS, walked ti a cupboard, almost RIPPED OUT THE DOOR OUT OF ANGER, grabbed a hand towel, THREW IT in my hands and BARKED AT ME AS IF HE WAS GONNA HIT ME (et en me tutoyant) “J’Te donne un essuie à mains car j’ai pas d’autres.” (in English : (using inappropriate French used only for friends or condescendingly) “I give you** a hand towel as i don’t have anything else.” **Rude condescending french way to say You) I was absolutely shocked and speechless to have witnessed this strange explosion of anger and fury coming out of nowhere! He was so abrupt, so violent in his manners and vocal tone used!! I have never felt more uncomfortable in a business in my whole life !! I thought when he threw that towel at me that he was gonna hit me! (As we are a gay couple we even wondered if this was homophobia related or was he just having a bad night and we paid the price for it ? I don’t know but i have never felt as terrified and shocked anywhere before). This guy behaved like an absolute thug! Absolutely outrageous! NEVER WILL YOU SEE ME AGAIN Citadines Sainte-Catherine !!!

This "hotel" is terrible. Old used stinky room. A lot of noise from the street. We had a room near the elevator, which made a lot of noice too. the bathroom was boldly and used. The TV was not working properly.

The hotel is very well located. Close to metro station and only 5 minutes walk to the center. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Negative points: at 7:00am the cleaning lady was cleaning our next door room very loud. The bathtub was clogged.

I stayed for 5 nights at this place and really enjoyed the stay. The room is clean and fully equipped. I book the room with small kitchen so you can prepare your own food and can cook something if you like. Room is spacious and comfortable. There is separate space for storage but there should be luggage holders, which is missing. Bathroom is clean and nicely designed. You will enjoy your stay here. The best place near grand place if you are looking for longer stay. Metro station is just outside the hotel. The best time can be summer to stay in the place as it is just next to St. Catherine. I am really impressed with the hotel.

We stayed here while the Christmas market was on. The location couldn't be better with a metro station very close by. The staff were very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower was really strong which I like. A really nice property in a busy part of town.

I stayed for two nights in this hotel with my family. The room was clean and tidy. Toilet was small, but for me it is not a problem, important is that it is clean. Position was great for exploring the old city. Near is Grand Place and Manneken Pis. Near hotel there are many restaurants and fast food restaurants McDonalds and Pizza Hut. Receptionists were kind.
