What a difference with the Raddison Blu Hotel in Nairobi where the service to the client was outstanding (I was coming to be there for 2 weeks) and stay for 1 night at the Amigo... THe concierge and the service to the room are great... They asked me: have you wait for the car to arrive?... I told them that if a service has been requested, the car has to be there... I also asked them to include the breakfast in my bill before I checked out... WHen I went to the restaurant, the lady asked my room... I showed her (since I had the bill in my hand) that I already paid for the brunch... The people at the front desk used to be nice... The new staff needs some service to the customer training... I strongly recommend the front desk staff and the host of the brunch restaurant to do some practical training at the Radisson BLu Upper Hill in Nairobi so they will leanr how to welcome a client in the most professional and friendly way...

The Hotel is, unsurprisingly used by a lot of business people, but this doesn’t detract from the service, although breakfast ( which is superb) can feel a bit like a business conference... We had a lovely stay and would recommend the hotel unreservedly...
