Stayed six nights at this fabulous hotel. Large twin room (416) was extremely clean. I liked the bathroom arrangement where the shower and toilet is separate so the other guest can use the changing area with sinks and mirrors. The room was cleaned daily, but you have to request this at reception. The beds were very comfortable and we had a quiet room that overlooked a side road. Breakfast was Continental. There was no room service but you were welcome to take your breakfast to your room in a tray which was very convenient. There is also a large convenience store at the top of the road (2 minute walk) which we used for bottled water and other snacks. During our stay the main was closed due to staff having the summer holiday. I can imagine the bar being so much fun when it is open. The location of the hotel is excellent. It is opposite Leopold Park which you can walk through to reach the Parliament Quarter in 5 mins. There is also a little fountain Square outside for you to sit in the evening. Only a 5 minute walk away is also Schuman Metro station that allows you to get to the tourist sights within 15mins. What really made our stay special was the excellent customer service from Pierre and Esther at reception who did everything they could to make our stay perfect.

Nice hotel with good room, working airconditioning and TV. The shower however is very difficult to handle. hot and cold switching all the time. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is ok but there are some points for improvement. I missed the option that you could order an omelet. You can make your self scrambled eggs in a mixer but that did not look well. The hardboiled eggs came out of the fridge and some of them were very soft. The table where you can sit where not frequently cleaned and it seemed they were a bit understaffed. But all together the hotel was good to stay

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here. All of the front desk staff was incredibly helpful. Annabelle went out of her way on several occasions to make sure that we were comfortable. The layout of the room was identical to every other Aloft hotel that we’ve spent time in. The standout feature of the room was the shower. Hot water was instant and robust. Special shoutout to whomever covered the light on the smoke detector with a bandaid. You are a hero in my eyes.
The hotel itself was ideally located and in walking distance of multiple metro stations. There are also numerous restaurants and shops nearby as well as very pretty parks.

3 star hotel located near Metro 1/5 which leads directly to the Centrale. The rooms are normal with a firm bed and excellent pillows. Excellent soundproofing. The place is very nice with very good and spacious rooms, kids and family friendly. Close to city center and is nice if you want to wander around the city. The parking costs 25EUR a day, has a single electrical charger and is very tight. I was surprised that if we book for the whole group through a single person we can’t have the rooms under separate names, which basically is normal in so many other hotels especially Marriott, this meant that only the one who booked can redeem the points for all the rooms, the receptionist was almost too rude to end the conversation when I asked on why is that and how awkward it is. Actually the lady receptionists were much nicer overall and our whole group didn’t approach the reception when he was the one free. I think this guy should be trained on how to speak to guests, he’s the main reason for a lower rating.

Hotel located in the European Parliament district, in front of a splendid park, modern, well furnished. Availability of parking and charging for the electric car (but you must book), characterized by a modern and very warm style. The billiard table and table football available for free are appreciable, to spend and drink a beer in company.

Stayed at Aloft during visit to Brussels to visit friends upon the end of quarantine rules. The manager learned that I was celebrating a significant birthday on this trip and arranged for an upgraded room and snacks to be delivered to the room. Very clean, spacious room, convenient to the EU block and public transport. Very good value!

I visited several time the hotel and I was planning to stay there this month too. But, virus break put me in self - isolation, as just returned from a zone with high risk of contamination. Hence, being forced to stay home, I asked for a refund due to force majeure! Being a planned trip in several cities, I asked all hotels along my to-be trip; all but Aloft returned payment or gave me a voucher for 2020 ( even smarter approach ). Aloft, no! What force majeure? You booked it non refundable and we need your money - even they risk the health of other guests! I was tempted to go, get my room, have my breakfast, stay in lobby a while with other guests and receptionists and then call the health authorities to quarantine all hotel. But my flight was cancelled too...

Not far from the center of Brussels, excellent 3 star hotel, modern with spacious and quiet rooms. Cleanliness is great, wifi fast. There is also a lovely lounge at the reception where you can relax or work while drinking coffee.

Our hotel, aloft Brussels Schuman, is located in the European square. From the airport, you have a Train that brings you at Schuman Station that takes about 15 to 20m and then 5m walking until our hotel, it cost around 9€ each travel. You also have an express bus number 12 that takes a little bit longer around 30m, it depends always on traffic and it costs 4.50€ if you buy it in advance, you have ticket machines at the station or 6€ if you buy it directly in the bus to the driver.
