Staff at the reception is very friendly and efficient, the location is very good, but the room are minuscule and my room was not cleaned between the first and the second night. I paid 130 euros per night, which was definitely too much.
Great location - short walk from Grand Place, definitely cheaper than any other hotel I looked at but you get what you pay for. Pros: powerful shower, basic and functional. Cons: Very small rooms, one room we booked had not been cleaned properly, temperature control didn't work, water from the shower leaked onto the floor outside.
EasyHotel is 5 minutes from Les Galeries Royales Saint-Hubert / Koninklijke Sint-Hubertusgalerijen and 10 minutes from Bruxelles Central and about 30 minutes from the EU Parlamentarium Visitor Center and the fantastic museum, Maison de l'Histoire Européenne / Huis van de Europese Geschiedenis...aka House of European History. All walking times I confirmed myself in December 2022, so its location makes it a great choice and easy to locate upon arrival at Bruxelles Central. The price makes it a great choice for a long stay in Brussels, and it is very clean, has plenty of hot water for showers, and a very comfortable bed. The pillows are lumpy, but I'm particular about how my pillow feels. Plenty of electrical outlets are placed well for easy access and use. The staff are friendly and pleasant. I would stay here again upon returning to Brussels.…
Everything was great. The location is right in the heart of things. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was modern, clean and well equipped. The bed was comfortable and the shower hot and powerful. The price was really good too.
I stayed at this hotel for four nights in October 2022. I must say that the hotel is in a great location. It's within walking distance of the De Brouckere Metro Station and within walking distance of Bruxelles Gare Centrale. The rooms are decent. They are small. They are clean but they don't come to clean the rooms everyday. There is not much space for clothing; while there is a little wardrobe with about five hangers, that's about it. The bathrooms also have just about the smallest sinks I have ever seen in a hotel bathroom. The rooms also don't have a safe, which I do prefer hotel rooms with a safe. The check-out time of 10:00 a.m. is quite early compared to other hotels. The staff were friendly, especially the woman who let me use a locker for my stuff without making me pay for it. In conclusion, this hotel is certainly average - not the best but not the worst, either.…
The hotel is absolutely disgusting: - hair everywhere in the bathroom - remaining traces of excrements in the WC - traces of uses everywhere in the bathroom - old bath towels It is just unacceptably dirty and unwell maintained. I had two rooms and both were equally bad in terms of hygiene not to mention the rest i. e. the ratio quality/price of all other services and amneties. In one word: a scam. You end-up paying for every little basic service so you might as well just take a hotel which is a real one.
The hotel has a great location and friendly english speaking staff. It's a good choice for a shorter stay when you only need a room for sleeping. The room was really tiny with minimal countertop space and no cabinets. The floor was dirty (negligently vacuumed) but beds, bathroom and sheets seemed fresh. There was also one silverfish in the ceiling (yuk). The bathroom can not be locked. We did not explore any breakfast options, but a vending machine can be found in the lobby.
Visited Brussels for 4D/3N stay at the end of August 2022 recently, and had a very comfortable stay in this hotel. If you’re looking for a clean hotel w/o the frills, about 8 mins walk from the train station & close enough to the city centre & polite front office, do consider this hotel. Pros: - accommodative front office - allowed us to leave our cargo luggage for a small fee, allow us to check in early for a small fee & even helped us get a taxi to travel to France. - very clean bedsheet, towels & overall room - nice shower pressure w/ ok body wash - about 6 mins walk to city centre (easy walking pace) - in a clean, quiet neighborhood - provided hot water by request Cons - surprisingly, there isn’t a recycle trash bin; all trash goes into the same bin. What happened to recycling effort? Overall, definitely one of the better Easyhotel chained!…
Accessible location to the shopping area although the entrance is located hidden away from the main road. Rooms were decent size and clean. Towels and linens were old and some had holes in them. Wi-fi is also spotty. had a problem with the air-conditioning after check-in but the gentleman in the front desk immediately addressed it. Overall, would be suitable if you're not staying in the room the whole day anyway.
We were there during four nights. Cheap prices to be located in the heart of Brussels ( just 5 minutes away from City Center) close to restaurants and train station. Easyly located on Google Maps. Wifi and an other amenities provided. The room was very tidy and clean with a very confortable bed. 0 noisy, and the space it's ok for two people. Staff was so kind and polite, specially the Spanish guy. It's a low cost hotel but feels like 4 star by far. During your stay you have a right to one-room cleaning service, otherwise you have to pay 15 euros so be smart and ask for that service in the middle of your stay. 2 hour hair-dryer free service and vending machine at main floor. I would highly recommend this hotel so far. Our next trip around Europe will be in EasyHotel
