Convenient location in heart of Brussels 3-4 minutes from De Brouckere metro station. Located down a side street close to pubs and nightclubs. Noisy at night. Clean, warm & comfortable room. Friendly staff. Uneven flow from shower head. Water in bathroom sink took time to drain away. Steep stairs challenging if you're carrying anything bigger than an overnight bag or...

Rooms were okay, moderately clean (found spider in the bathroom); no lift so getting to top floor was tricky especially since the staircase were narrow and steep. Hotel staff, mostly were not very nice and very poor service (except one afternoon receptionist who was quite friendly); uncomfortable and badly maintained beds. This hotel need major refurbishing.

The hotel si based in an old building, close to the main shopping street (Rue Neuve), but also close to the main touristic attractions. The stairs to get to the room may seem scary, because they are very narrow and tight (not pretty suitable for large luggages), but ones you get to your room you will be surprised by how...

The rooms are cheap, more or less conveniently located but the beds are really low, so if you have any problems with your knees or waist, you're in deep trouble. The rooms are big but somewhat spartan and perhaps a bit shabby. There isn't even an electric kettle, so let's say that it's very basic.

If you want a hotel cheap but in a perfect location then this is a great budget option..it's located down a side street off the main high street,10 mins away from central station and 10 mins from grand place..no need for taxis or the metro. This hotel is not posh or luxurious..but what can you expect for £30 a night!...

we spend 2 nights in this hotel. The room was good and in the heart of the city center. It was very cheap and from my point of view it worhs the money. It is suitable for those how dont want to spend so much money for their accomodation. Moreover we didnt use metro cause everything were reachable on foot....

Service was poor. The receptionists spend most of their time in a private lounge behind the reception and seem surprised when you ask them a question. Room was rather basic, but that was to be expected. Central location, only 5 minute of walking to the centre (Grote Markt).

I stayed in hotel Abberdeen with my friend for 2 nights in the early November 2013. Almost all time we were outside and coming to room only to have a sleep. At the night its quite loudly outside because the hotel situated in the center of Brussels (perfect location) and there are a lot of bars and clubs not far...

We stayed in hotel Abberdeen /Colombier luckily only for one night. From the first moment we realized how it would be like. There was a smell of "hash" everywhere. Our room was on the second floor so we had to walk up the steep stairs in the dark since there is no elevator. The room was quite big with 3...
