Arrived at what seemed a beautiful hotel. The rooms need updating and the air conditioning is very noisy! No international/sky TV, so just stuck with French TV for the evening. Damp patches on ceiling, bed is 2 singles pushed together and very out of date hotel, which needs updating. Swimming pool closed for refurbishment....would not stay here again!!

Echoing the feelings of other people who went to this hotel. Staff is friendly, the hotel is clean, but in dire need of repair/maintenance. Nearly everything is worn or in disrepair. I went to the gym and although the basic equipment is adequate, most of the seats/cushions are ripped or torn - far from pleasant to work out. Similar story... More

So many good things about the hotel, clean, lovely staff, beautiful location and great food (by that I mean really good food). Sadly my room was horrible, tired decoration, not enough electrical sockets, hot and it smelt (maybe because it was above the kitchen). Would I stay there again? Possibly. I understand that there are better rooms and I would... More

I really enjoyed my stay in early June. The room was comfortable although warm. I kept the windows open which allowed in moths I got to chase out, it was a bit of fun. I found the atmosphere relaxing and the staff friendly. On the downside, there were limited electrical outlets for a cell phone or omputer without unplugging a... More

We were invited to a marriage of close relatives and decided to stay at the hotel because of comfort reasons. The hotel is really fit for purpose related to celebrations & seminars. Infrastructure is good (even if a bit outdated) and service effective, friendly and well organized. Definitively the best place to stay if you are celebrating at the chateau:... More

Approaching the Château de Limelette you get a positive impression: nice building, located in a beautiful environment. Staff is friendly and helpful. The problem of this high potential hotel is the need for urgent refurbishment: rooms, corridors,.... The restaurant 's menu was really well, good service included.

Booked this knowing that the price of 99€ was a bit low for a 4* hotel and was ready to try it out. The hotel is in a very nice building and the setting is also very nice, but the room was really bad. Very old furniture. Shower was not up to even a 3* standard. Room was way too... More

stayed a couple of nights at the Chateau, which is more a bigger house with long dirty and run odwn corrdidors until you get to your "superior" room. that was in in a terrible state and far from superior. the rooms clearly need an urgent mak over. carpet is worn out, the furniture is totally used and the rail in... Very disappointing. It once had a decent reputation but things are now sad, rundown and frankly grubby. My "club" room had dirty bedcovers, an armchair that showed signs of more experiences than I would care to know about. The spa downstairs resulted in an all-pervading smell of chlorine and did not look in the least inviting. this place is in... More
