Had a buffet style dinner with a group of my work colleagues. Other diners were eating in the other half of the restaurant. There was a lot of food on the buffet, but it was pretty average. Slow to serve wine, so order some draught beers from the bar (in another room). Despite Belgium having so many good beers, we... More

Do not be fooled by the photos. This is a conference hotel and if you doubted it, all will be confirmed at breakfast with the huge tables which even the conference participants shun. Institutional type rooms, archaic heating, poor sound insulation. Poor maintenance - ripped shower curtain. Room service menu restricted to just snack items because restaurant was closed (?).... Very nice hotel. Staff very nice and extremely helpful (since it was my first time in Belgium). Awesome room with everyday cleaning. Close to shopping centre and a few good restaurants around! I just hope that the menu at the hotel will have some more choices! Coming back in a week!!

Stayed in Martin's Lodge to the side of the main hotel for two nights. Obviously budget rooms, very clean, well laid out, nice large shower and comfortable bed. My only "gripe" was the lack of tea/coffee making facilities. Surely not a lot to ask for as the main hotel rooms have this service. Positive reaction from reception when requesting a... More

I can thoroughly recommend this hotel for a stay for pleasure or business. Faultless in all respects. Very pleasant staff, great breakfasts, relaxing bar and comfortable rooms. Conveniently located for a good number of golf clubs in the area, the Waterloo battle site and close to Brussels.

We stayed for one night as we were attending the opening of the surgical museum at the nearby Mont St Jean farm, well worth a visit. The hotel was very comfortable and the service was excellent. The room we had, a twin, was spacious, clean and comfortable with a bath and large TV with a good range of channels from... More

Very welcoming, comfortable and quiet. We had dinner and breakfast with excellent food and very good service. Modern rooms, pleasant bar and an impressive dining room. Close to Waterloo battlefield and main west/East routes.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. They provided a lovely breakfast ( buffet). The bed was comfortable and I slept well. Although it would have been nice to have a bathtub, the rainfall shower heads ( there are two) were great.

Stayed for two nights in August 2016 whilst golfing in the area with a party of eight people. The air conditioned room was spotlessly clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable and the bath/shower room was good. Breakfast in the attractively designed restaurant is buffet style with a very comprehensive range of hot, cold and bakery goods on offer... More

Arrived on Friday evening after a early start from the UK and a round of golf. The check in was easy, the room more than suitable with all that is required for a comfortable stay. The breakfasts were very good especially for the English as scrambled egg, bacon beans sausages etc. are all available. All the staff that we came... More
