B&B Guesthouse Leman is situated in a 19th century house and is only 10 minutes away from the historic city center of Antwerp (by tram or bike). It’s conveniently situated to make trips to Brussels and other Belgium cities. We have three rooms - the Omani suite, the Alpine room and the brand new James Bond Suite. The Omani suite is situated on the 4th floor. From the suite you’ll have a great view overlooking the garden and a church just behind it. The room is equipped with all modern comfort: an en suite lounge area with desk, TV and Wi-Fi, separate bedroom with attached bathroom. The Alpine room is situated on the 2,5 floor at the back of the house. It has all the comfort, only a bit smaller than the Omani suite. It also has its own bathroom. The 3rd room is the James Bond Suite. Remote controlled lights, frige, microwafe, large bathroom and a few James Bond features. Who doesn't want to stay there! Breakfast will be served in our traditional dining room or on one of the terraces in our garden. You can park your car on the street, and public transport is close by (bus, tram, and train), or use the bikesystem. There are various restaurants around as well as a nice park (Albert Park). Guesthouse Leman: a relaxing place in a bustling city and being close to everything.

The most beautiful house, hosted by the most welcoming & accommodating host ever 🙂 Sander was lovely & couldn't do enough for us to make our stay like being at home. We stayed for 9 nights & could not fault it. Location was perfect for us. Two supermarkets, a chemist, bank & loads of restaurants all within walking distance. We would without hesitation stay with Sander again.

We stayed at Sander's excellent Guesthouse Leman for a long weekend in January. We had two rooms, both of which were perfect for our needs. The spacious suite at the top of the house provided us with a relaxing place to relax and unwind after a day's site-seeing. Although not in the city centre, it is in a peaceful neighbourhood and we enjoyed the pleasant walk to the main sites and shopping areas along Antwerp's quiet streets. Alternatively, the tram stop was very close by and the journey is only a matter of minutes. Sander's advice about getting round the city was very useful to us and he could not have been more welcoming and helpful. We probably wouldn't have visited the lovely Art Nouveau neighbourhood close by if Sander hadn't suggested it, where we ate in a great Belgian bistro on the square, and enjoyed a local beer in a very pleasant local bar on the way back. To sum up, a fine B&B in a lovely house with a real 'wow' factor whenever you go through the front door, run by a thoughtful and knowledgeable host. What more could you want from a B&B in Antwerp or anywhere else?

Lovely BnB with attentive and kind hosts. The old house is full of interesting pieces of art and decor, the room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable and spotlessly clean. There's a lovely view out over the back garden and old monastery - green and quiet in a busy city. Continental breakfast was served in the glassed in atrium with a view onto the garden and charming cats (and host) for company.

An amazing guesthouse, beautifully furnished with the most perfect garden area at the back. Sander is a great host, happy to share his experience of renovating the house over a fabulous breakfast. Our room was on the top floor and had a separate lounge area with a sofa bed. Such attention to detail on all the fixtures and decoration. Whilst it’s slightly out of the city centre, there are Velo bike stands near by and a tram stop, so that was no problem for us. One of the best guesthouses I’ve stayed at - you’ll not be disappointed

Thanks for the amazing review. You are right, we are slightly out of the busy historical citycenter, but as you mentioned, by tram or bike you can get there within 10 minutes. Being a bit outside of the hustle and bustle also has its advantages. You can enjoy the quietness and the area's with less tourists.
