We had a great stay at Kaai 11. A really nice hotel with beautiful suites. We had a room with a seperate living and kitchen. The rooms have a nice atmosphere with high decorated ceilings and is nicely decorated. Breakfast in the morning is served in the room where you receive a nice basket with all you need. The view...

We had the “cozy room” on the first floor. While it did not have a view, it had its own courtyard which was great. However, it was very quiet and great for sleeping. The room was also very modern and confortable. The location was a 10 minute walk to both the historic district and to the art district. There were...

A clean, modern, stylish, and reasonably spacious room, that had clearly had a lot of thought and care put into it. Non-essential (but very welcome) features such as the high-end coffee machine and large, high-quality TV also showed attention to detail. The location was also very convenient, as there is a huge free parking area within 5 minutes walk one...

Wonderful small Hotel overlooking the river and within a short walk to the old town attractions. We had the loft room, it was wonderfully decorated. This is like having a Suite in a top Hotel but it doesn#t feel like staying in a Hotel. You enter with a code, there are only 4 rooms or so. They bring you a...

The appartment hotel is opposite the river. We had the loft suite which is huge, beautiful decor and spotless. The member of staff was extremely friendly and helpful. She brings you breakfast in a basket for 7€50. She is not there all the time but you have her phone number. There are tea and coffee facilities in the appartment and...

We chose to stay at the Kaai 11, because of the central location, but far enough away to be out of the noisy city centre. It is about 10-15 walk to any of the historic places of interest, the grand market being the centre, and a must see. The property seems to be a restored and converted 3 story town...

It's a good job Hotels don't review customers on here; I managed to stain a few things with red hair dye, and we nearly flooded the room when we had a bath... Sorry about that. We booked the Penthouse suite at quite short notice, and after a mildly stressful afternoon we arrived wet and cold to a warm welcome. The...

We recently had the pleasure of an over night stay in the top floor apartment of Kaai 11 (the Penthouse). We were informed via the internet that checking in wasn't until 3pm however when we turned up @ 1pm Marie-Anne was only too happy to take our bags in and direct us to the large free car park on the...

We really like this hotel. The staff was amazing. There are only four rooms. Ours was on the ground floor with a private patio. No elevator that we saw. Free parking across the street in a large, free parking lot that can get quite crowded. Staff delivered a nice breakfast to our room. Good wifi. We would stay here again.

We had the top floor ("penthouse") which is like a tiny apartment with complete privacy. The hotel (B&B) has one room per floor. We were on the 5th floor,.. and there is no elevator. There is only a tiny closet with one drawer. This can be difficult if you have heavy bags because you're traveling for weeks! I wouldl ove...
