This was our first holiday since the pandemic with our 2.5 year old, and we wanted a hotel that was close to things we could do with our child. This hotel is in the perfect location and the staff here were super friendly and helpful. Simple things like heating up food for my child every night we were there was no problem for the restaurant staff. We were even given free coffees at their Starbucks for a very minor inconvenience when the computer system crashed upon our check in. Other bonuses which made our stay extra perfect was the early checkin and late check out option. The indoor pool and sauna were a great addition. I didn’t have time to use the gym however I did take a look bad they have quite a reasonable amount of cardio machines and weights. This hotel is literally opposite Antwerp Zoo and next door to Chocolate Nation museum, which were also both a pleasurable experience. Our room (twin junior suite) was in the 7th floor and you had a lovely view of the central station opposite. The room had 2 large tvs and a nice shower and bath tub bathroom. Would happily stay here again.

This hotel is amazing. The rooms are big and clean and feel more like a 5*. We were lucky enough to get an amazing view of the station which was stunning. The bathroom was white marble, the bed was HUGE and soft, the furnishings SO funky and unusual. Very Radisson and all great. What I have to give this hotel kudos for is the upfront information they provided to us about what was open and what not. I appreciated this as not all hotels do it. They told us, for example, that their restaurant and health club was closed (although we were still able to use the pool), that some rooms may not have air conditioning etc. I felt they did right to do this. It managed expectations really well. When we got their, airco was fine! The pool area was maybe a bit of a let-down, a bit small even though the view was great, but I am not sure if this is their real health centre or one they are using during Covid. All in all, we are looking forward to returning to this hotel.

We have book two nights through Booking.com, the condition shown on the website is free cancellation. We have made a pre payment. Then we changed our mind to stay only one night and cancel the second night. The receptionist (at the check-in counter) told us that it should be Okay to do so, and we should get the money back through booking.com. So we checked out the day after the check-in date, the staffs at check-out counter ask us to contact booking.com about the refund and we did. Booking.com told us they have to talk with the hotel if the hotel is Okay then booking.com will refund the money back to us. But both booking.com and me myself have never heard anything from the hotel since. This is bad. If we know that we’re going to lose our money for the second night then we will choose to stay. We’re so upset about your services.

When I read some of the reviews regarding this hotel, I am not always sure what some people expect. Whilst there are certainly better and more modern RB's, the price level for this hotel was in my opinion good value. Check in was swift and friendly. Twin room was spacious and clean. Pool area was nice for a half hour relax. Breakfast was nice and in a very pleasant dining area. Location is excellent.

Overall the hotel is not bad and very centrally located. However for me the killing point was the ability not being able to adjust the temperature in the room - which was just very warm. Also having no working desk in a business room seems very very strange - in particular considering that the room was quite large. The staff tried to fix the temperature by providing a fan and opening the window - but it helped only a bit. Breakfast had good selection, but also quite busy with no seat available during busy hours (because alot of people sit alone at 4 person tables)

Our stay here was ok. There was a huge queue at check in when we arrived resulting in a nearly half an hour wait. Considering I had checked in online, it was really frustrating to have to wait nearly 30 mins just to collect our room key. We had paid for 2 upgrades to a premium room. Whilst the room was quite nice and spacious with a comfy bed, having a brick wall as your view is incredibly disappointing, especially considering our room was considered “business class”. For the sake of the coffee machine you get in your room and the little extra space, I really don’t think the upgrade is worth it, especially if your view is worse than what you might get for a standard room. The location of the hotel, whilst incredibly convenient for the for the main station and the subway, wasn’t the most appealing part of town. There were quite a few undesirables hanging around the area outside making you feel a little uneasy and weary. We also used the pool and the health centre which was a very disappointing experience. The pool was nice but the hammam wasn’t working at all and the sauna was barely hotter than the pool area. Not good at all for a 4 star hotel who proudly describes themselves as having all these amenities. All in all we had an ok stay, but I wouldn’t recommend upgrading your room. The hotel should also tell guests if their amenities are unavailable/broken. Also be mindful of the area at night.

This is an old hotel and does not live upto the modern day standards. It can best be defined as a Bed and Breakfast. Staff is not hospitable enough esp the reception. There are multiple reception counters but mostly only one is manned. Location, however, is excellent and very convenient.

Breakfast was very good with a lot to choose from. Comfy bed with a decent view (even when we didnt pay for a room with better view). Only negative for the room is the shower didnt work properly. When we wanted to take a shower instead of a bath we couldnt change the waterdistribution to the showerhead. We still managed and absolutely loved our stay.

The view on the central station is unbeated. the option for parking is very nice and cheaper than any place in Antwerp. The personal is very friendly. Only point is the gym free weights section is to be updated.
