Nice hotel in old cloister with beautiful garden, close to the center, you can walk for about 10-15 minutes. Furniture is old, beds were too soft for us. Breakfast was average. But for that price it was OK.

A charming place, very near the city centre and all the main sights with two tram lines outside the door. The hotel is in a converted convent and retains its gardens. Rooms are modern, light and comfortable with all the required amenities (wifi, tv, etc). Good breakfast, effective andattentive staff. I asked to visit the chapel and it was open...

This place has history and how. It used to be the old Antwerp hospital dating back to 1200s. It has its own medieval chapel with not one but two organs. Ancient and modern art - some risque. Large bedrooms and showers. But very few of the mass produced mod cons. This place is unique. Also a 5 minute walk into...

Charming gardens/grounds of former convent. Small but very clean bedroom and bathroom facing quiet central courtyard. Nice breakfast buffet with breads/croissants, cheeses, meats, cereals, and some cut fresh fruits. All amenities were good. We were provided with washcloths which is a first in our European experience so far (I had brought my own along this time). A bit of a...

A very nice, well located hotel. Very interesting surroundings (maybe an old convent?). Easy to get to from the metro after a small walk; there is also a tram passing outside if I remember correctly. All in all it was not so expensive. I arrived very late, had to phone the night porter to inform I was there, waited a...

We recently stayed a couple nights at Hotel Elzenveld in Antwerp and found this to be a well-located, interesting and very good value for money accommodation. Reservation was made through booking.com. We were received well by front desk upon arrival, quickly checked and allowed into our room quite early which was nice. Staff were friendly throughout. Breakfast was included with...

It was not the first time we were at this charming old "Gasthuis St Elisabeth" on the Elzenveld. The location of the hotel is very central and if there are no constuction workers switching on their radio at 07.10 a.m. it is also a very quiet location. Rooms differ from rather small to spacious. Excellent friendly staff.

For someone who isn't looking to spend a lot on their stay in Antwerp, I think this hotel is a great choice, as for its location, tidiness and cosiness. A little disappointed about breakfast, but still it was good.

For the people like me who are in love with nort western europe, this hotel is quiet super. It's an old monastery, has a nice yard with beautiful trees. It's on a main street but not that crowded. Liked it very much and want to visit again..
