Came for 2 days, stayed the whole week. Centrally located, just short walk from Antwerp's central station. Rooms are a bit outdated but still cozy. During the cold winter it could be a bit cold in rooms due to not so good heat isolation, but I stayed here in pretty warm spring and no problem. Everything is clean, staff nice and helpful. A place to stay again when I am back in Antwerp. ❤️

For 95 euro a night I do not expect much: but I do expect clean sheets and a clean room. And, rest assured, this we got: beds were clean and rooms as well. However there are a few things that, I think, should be fixed. First: the electronics - such as airco - is outdated. Our airco was broken, which was no problem since there is a window. What was more annoying is that it continued to hum, even though it did work. In order to shut the thing off, a remote was required as it could not be operated manually. However, the remote was not available in our room. The friendly employee really did all he could to help us, and he got it to shut down eventually. So a very big thank you to him for hospitality and service. Secondly, in general I think this hotel needs a renovation: some new paint, carpeting and walloutlets. Breakfast was decent, nothing special but certainly not bad either So all in all: service 4 , accommodations 3 (breakfast included in this score), room 2

This was a good budget hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. They stored our luggage so we could go sightseeing. The bed was comfortable, room was clean, good shower with soap/shampoo, towels were absorbent and large and there was tv and wifi. Only a few minutes walk from the train station made it very convenient. It was approximately 25 minute walk from the Grote Markt. Lots of things to see not far from this hotel. Good value for the price.

a nightmare at the hotel in Antwerp, I slept on the floor at 44 years old in order to avoid having my reservation cancelled by owner. they refused to give us an extra bed for a fee. i could go on and on about this but those people took all my energy, dishonest and thieves only 1 staff member was cordial, items were stolen, shower broken, plugs hanging, drawing on the walls, hair dryer broken, no heat in the room etc....avoid at all cost

The main plus of this hotel is the location and price-quality. It doesn't have a 'wow' factor but caters to the basic needs. The room was clean, quiet and the room interior was simple in a good way. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The downside: - be aware if you book through Agoda or Booking there will be an extra city tax added of around € 3, even if your invoice states otherwise. I did get a receipt though, so it's standard practice - the lobby isn't very appealing and the view from my room was facing a brick wall. However, in this price category and for the location and services offered, you'll be hard-pressed to find a much better deal.

Walked into a room with a musty smell, debris on the floor and a big stain of a spilled drink on the wall. We were in a rush because of an appointment, so we opened the little window and on the way out asked reception to look into it. Returned hours later to find that the drink stain had gone, but the floor was still not hoovered. I had to wipe down the little table and chair provided, as they were covered in sticky fingerprints. The morning after our arrival the person who cleaned our room didn’t empty the bins, and they were full. They didn’t even shake the pillows! At least they cleaned the bathroom. The phone in our room wasn’t working and no plastic cups or glasses were provided. The location of this hotel is very good though!

The location of this hotel is hard to beat. Very close to the train station, but also to shopping on the Meir, the Old Town, and lots of restaurants and cafes. We were at first a little concerned by how thin the bed looked, but can happily confirm that looks are deceiving. While the mattress is thin, it is still quite soft and easy to sleep on. The pillows are a bit thin and lumpy though. Breakfast is available as well as parking, but both for an extra charge. We didn't utilize either.

We chose this hotel mainly for its location, which is so convenient for the train station. Literally a 10 minute walk from the station to the hotel. The room was quite basic, but clean and comfortable. A fridge and kettle would be nice additions. We didn’t try the breakfast, so can’t say anything about that. The hotel is not only convenient to the train station, but just off the main shopping street and only 10 to 15 minutes from the Grote Markt. Close to many restaurants. For the cost, this hotel is a very good deal.
