My overall stay was absolutely wonderful the room was was so comfortable and the service was perfect. This was my first time staying at this hotel and I would absolutely go back for the service alone. My waiter Thomas was very accommodating and excellent at his job. I was treated with the upmost of respect and recommend hotel Desindes to anyone who ever needs a hotel to stay in The Hague.

Just a fantastic hotel. From the concierge (very helpful thank you!) to the lovely welcome at checking in, to the restaurant staff. Attention to detail is evident throughout the hotel. One of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. The location is perfect (opposite the Escher museum) and surrounded by great restaurants. Bike hire available (extra cost). Swimming pool, gym, it’s a perfect hotel!

I have never experienced such a customer friendly and beautiful hotel as this one. What a treat in every way. Staaf, ambiance, room, restaurant, everything was excellent. The hotel is beautifully maintained. I can't wait to be back.

We had a Junior Suite reserved. The safe in the room did not work properly. We got a Presendential Suite to compensate for our misfortune. And the breakfast buffet was great. And you could order any egg menu you liked. Frans van Liempt

Booked in for an overnight stay. Had a good deal via third party app. Saved 100€ against going with Hotel. There is parking in front of hotel but costs 40€ per night. We booked in for an evening meal at their restaurant, some what disappointed. The service was slow and the food was mediocre. Presented really well but very little flavour. Try the resto around corner, as you walk out of hotel turn left and left again. There in the road 1st on the right. We tried to get table but was fully booked; They have set menus so need to check in advance what that menu is. As for the hotel itself, it is old and run down. The rooms was big and the shower was excellent. But overall the hotel needs a big renovation and does not quite live up to the Leading Hotels of the World. I cannot recommend the hotel to anyone who has experienced other LHW, you will be disappointed. Itcould be a great hotel, but needs a big acash injection. ITs has a greate locatuon in relatuon to shops, beach ( 15mins by ebike ). Worth renting bikes for the day ( 30€ per bike per day ). Great way to get around and see things
