great location ... perfect also for long staying. I stayed at Paleis for about a month for work and I am pretty sure I am one of those customers that can provide a reliable review. It is a very cozy environment and it really feels like home. The rooms are great and the service is very customize to your own...

The hotel is very nice and cozy. Placed in the old part of the city, so everything is in walking distance. There can be some noise from the street late evenings, but it's not a problem unless you are very sensitive. Staff is so sweet and welcoming. We would recommend this hotel any time.

Nice hotel on a good location. Bathroom was perfect! You do hear the people on the street but we didn't care. Beds were fine although there were only single beds available. The staff was friendy and helpfull. You can park closeby with discount

This gem of a hotel is perfectly situated for walking to cafes, shops, sightseeing and catching trams so works perfectly for us. The staff are very accommodating. The hotel itself is very tastefully decorated, room was large, bright and at the rear of the hotel so very quiet. Huge bed which was very comfy and a couple of chairs to...

From the moment one enters the Paleis one is made to feel welcome. The service is excellent - friendly and professional. We are often in The Hague and will certainly use the Palais again. Pn this visit we went to the Escher Museum. Brilliant - and in walking distance from the Palaeis.

Great little hotel, rooms decent and clean, though a little shabby chic. Great location and decent value for money. It's a short walk from the Royal palace, and the parliament building. On a side street so quiet, but just a few hundred yards from some very busy and 'in' bars and restaurants

We stayed on the 3rd and 4th of March 2017. A bijou hotel with a wonderful room and it felt like home from home. Immaculately clean, full of romantic character and right in the heart of the best area for shopping and restaurants. The service was excellent and the breakfast was wonderful. We will be back.

The hotel is well appointed in the heart of one of the best areas for shopping. The service was excellent and the rooms are decorated old world style with all necessaries and amenities one could need. My room overlooked an alley with a very busy restaurant and bar that was bustling into the wee hours so if you prefer quiet...

This very well situated and owner run establishment has received many plaudits but lacks some of the basics for a business traveller, as I realised when I stayed there earlier this week. I was greeted by the Owner, who I must admit was positively charming and even offered me a complimentary beverage when I arrived after a stressful and convoluted...
