Check in painful.I arrived after check in time of 3 and was told room not ready. Was offered another similar room if I paid 30 euros or a downgrade to a lesser quality room. I refused and insisted on the room I had booked.
There is an executive lounge with nice views over The Hague on the fifth flour. Some decent enough buffet from 5(or 6)PM - 8PM.
You can get breakfast in the Pearl restaurant downstairs which has a very nice buffet.
