Top Hotel with an excellent service even in this difficult Corona-Times. General Manager Vincent Pahlplatz and his team makes one feel comfortable and at home here. For Club-Members Vincent has organized a special food service every evening, including beverages as wine, water, softdrinks and beer. The front office team and the breakfirst team gives you a helping hand, when you need it and serves a delicous breakfirst every morning. Front Office Manager Esther Blok can solve every computer-problem one may have. Thank you Esther for your excellent support! I wiill come back soon! Merry Christmas to Vincent, Esther and the Marriott-Team ! Helmut Hetzel

Stayed 3 nights in room with lounge privileges. Due to the closure of the lounge, they send a selection of food to your room in the evening daily; the food was good and changed daily. The staff have all been very pleasant and Kristy who did our check in was extremely nice and welcoming; she even surprised us with a fruit bowl on our last night! The location was good as it is in a quieter part of the Hague and very walkable to the attractions such as Madurodam. Kristy had pointed us to all the main attractions in the city center and we had an enjoyable stroll to and from Binnenhof. The exterior of the hotel looks a bit dated as well as the lift lobby area but the reception, lobby and rooms look modern and renovated. We enjoyed our stay here very much and would recommend it.

The staff was great. Particularly Sherrel, at the dinning room. She was really amazing, nice efficient and always in a good mood. The dinner, provided by the cheff Colin was, every night, a delicious suprise, with extreme quality. Also Lango was always very nice and efficient.

Room and facilities good and clean. Hotel is well understaffed: Executive lounge closed when I stayed and only minimal drinks, food provide in public area as compensation. Heard numerous complaints from guests about slow delivery of both drinks and food in bar/restaurant. I waited 45 minutes for my bill at dinner time when I needed to be preparing for a meeting the next day. Not wha you would would/should expect of any Marriott. Not to be repeated!

Dear 729warrene, Thank you for the time and effort to provide us with constructive feedback, and it’s great to read that you liked our rooms and facilities. Indeed, pandemic and the ever-changing situation and rules & restrictions continue to impact our industry. The restrictions continue to have an impact on our hotel operations, but we try to minimize the impact for our guests. We are continuously evaluating the situation and adopting our offering on the ever-changing rules and regulations. If we can’t offer an Elite benefit, such as access to our executive lounge to our guests, we always try to find alternative solutions show our appreciation for our valued elite guests, such as complimentary breakfast, and indeed we reserved a dedicated area in our bar to welcome our elite guests for complimentary drinks and appetizers daily. I’m confident that together we will overcome this pandemic and that in the future we can welcome all our guests and offer the services they appreciate. In the meantime, we continue provide our guests with a clear overview of the rules and restrictions on our website. I’m already looking forward to welcome you back in the hotel when our lounge is open en you can enjoy the amazing view on the coastline of the Netherlands. Kind regards, Vincent Pahlplatz General Manager

The hotel is on a good location and the staff was very friendly and professional. But breakfast was not really good. No fresh scrambled eggs but some factory pre mix with below average garnish. The rooms are small and outdated with old fashioned bath tub/shower combo. Definitely needs an update

Great to read that you liked the location of the hotel and that you’ve enjoyed the level of service provided by the team, I will make sure to personally share this feedback with them. I’m sorry to read that you felt the quality of breakfast was not in line with your expectations. Our breakfast buffet consists of over 150 different items and offers different choices; healthy, gluten free, indulgent, warm, cold, etc. On top we offer our guests the possibility to order a la carte items, which are all cooked to order.
