Detailed Reviews
Location is excellent, literally next to the metro station. Parking is available onsite for no more cost. Our room, quadruple, very comfortable and spacious. The bar can’t add your order to your room and you need to pay. Expensive breakfast.

I booked this trip and hotel in December 2023. I arrived very late in my opinion having had trouble with my flight (I won't use the airline again). I just need to make a wise decision traveling to European destinations, getting through passport control takes ages. The Hotel is nice, I lodged on the 11th Floor. Room 20. Staff were helpful at check-in. When I had further questions and assistance, this was taken care of with a beaming smile. Room is nice, spacious, clean and cleaned daily. Bed was comfortable with Air-condition which is super cool. The view from the room is amazing. I came mainly for the Carnival as at a previous visit I was either early or late for that years Carnival. This Carnival was so good, organized with so many floats. When the last float went past where I stood the cleaning team were close behind to clear up rubbish. At the Hotel I didn't have a meal as I didn't have a breakfast booking. There are 3 Supermarkets close by. There's places to eat across the road. Round the corner from Jumbo Supermarket there are places to have a Meal. I would recommend This Hotel and Rotterdam to visit. There are so many things to do. Rotterdam in my opinion has a rich cultural and historical venues to visit.

The hotel is great, near train station. Our room was so comfortable and clean. Staff were so welcoming, friendly and professional. Big thanks to Oguzhan for his kindness, professionalism and services during our stay. For sure, we will come again and look always for another branches around the world.

I was a little concerned that this hotel wasn’t going to be that as I’d read some older negative reviews. The hotel doesn’t really have kerb appeal but we were wowed as we walked through the door. It’s very easy to get to from Rotterdam airport. You take the 33 bus to Meijersplein metro station and the E line will take you to Maashaven where you are 2 minutes from the hotel. My friend and I were each given rooms on the 10th floor and we were delighted with them. The room was spacious and had a mini fridge, digital safe and sufficient wardrobe space. There is no iron in the room but housekeeping will provide one if requested. A bonus for me was that the windows opened. The rooms were immaculately cleaned daily. The hotel is opposite the tram and metro station but the noise was minimal with the windows closed and I’m a light sleeper. There is a Jumbo supermarket approximately 10 minutes walk away which is where we bought breakfast items, water and snacks. I noticed a few shops across the busy road but we didn’t visit them. We didn’t try the breakfast as it was a little pricey but we did have a meal on the last day which expensive but lovely. The hotel is nice level walk to the Cube houses and Markthal the food hall. This hotel is wonderful and I highly recommend it. The location for me was ideal. The metro is inexpensive and efficient and preferable to using taxis. I also found this hotel to be good value for money.

Nice fully renovated hotel next to metro station with few stops to Rotterdam center and Market Hall.
Great fully renovated hotel next to metro station. Rooms spacious and comfortable. Breakfast, you have to pay 17€/person what is reasonable price. Don't forget that you have included some eggs, omlet, etc. in the breakfast price. Hotel also have restaurant what is geat because close to hotel there in literary no proper restaurant. Recommended for business stay.

We had booked two double rooms for three nights with friends, including a parking space in the garage. We were greeted at the rather hectic reception by a young lady who first gave us a chip for the garage that had not been approved. Unfortunately, this led to a long delay! The garage also has a very narrow entrance!
Our rooms were quite large for a city hotel, although one room was divided by a wall that only offered a view of the street (see photo).
The breakfast was adequate in terms of selection, but could be much more individual. The fitness room has various machines, but no water station. Overall, we have rarely come across a hotel where so many young cultures come together.

We stayed two nights during a tour in Holland (we were 4 couples): the hotel is not central but still well connected as the metro station is a few meters from the entrance of the hotel, modern with standard rooms of good size but bathroom with very small spaces, large bed and comfortable quiet room
Breakfast not included in the price and offer separately and expensive so we did not 'at the hotel
Paid public parking outside the hotel or in the garage of the latter: for us it was more convenient to use public parking
Value for money not exceptional given the cost of 180 euros per night
All in all it was not worth it because Rotterdam has no major tourist attractions

Very nice large capacity hotel. Design, luxury, comfort of the rooms. Bathroom a little small but overall, perfect. Excellent buffet breakfast. Good location, near the metro + rental bikes just below. Helpful and professional staff.
