Nice hotel by the river. This little hotel is close to the main train station and along a tram route. Decked out a nautical theme it has nice large rooms with a clean bathroom. Breakfast is included and is a large smorgasboard of continental selections. It is well worth it for a night in Rotterdam.

Stayed here on the basis of recent reviews and it wasn't what I expected. The hotel is on the top 3 floors of a seaman's hostel, and the bar / recreation area downstairs was really geared up for men on shore leave. The rooms were clean and functional but the restaurant closed really early: we arrive at 8pm and it...

I would like to echo all the positive comments about this hotel. It is very good value, clean, welcoming and even better, I found, than the Tulip Inn next door. Room was spacious, reception helpful and the downstairs bar is a cosy delight. It certainly lives up to its name with pictures and models of ships everywhere! The only slight...

I was looking for somewhere wellpriced (read cheap!) but safe and secure. I didn't want to stay in a backpackers as I had a laptop computer and other valuables. For these reasons I picked the Maritime Hotel and I was very satisfied. I paid 50 euro per night for a single room. It had a single bed, tv with 30...

This trip was organized by a graduate class which included total of 20 people. The hotel was booked for us by a professor. Therefore, I did not know what to expect. We arrived to a 2 star hotel which had a decent lobby, nothing special to talk about. The room (I had a double with my boyfriend) was small but...

I stayed here in 2006 and I was very impressed. The price is good and you get a lot for your money. Good location, spotless rooms, breakfast incuded (which generally consists of different kinds of bread, ham and cheese with some cereals) When you walk in the reception isn't exactly impressive and the guy who checked us in didn't speak...

It was the best place we could find: nice staff, very good breakfast and clean rooms. The price was an advantage too. Next time in Rotterdam I'll book it again!

if you're lucky you can get a view facing the water, I didn't. the rooms are clean and small, but the problem here is that there is one tram that makes a sharp turn right at the hotel and it squeeks really loudly every 15 minutes. add to that the other tram that goes over the bridge right next to...

The tourist office at the Central Station offered me a 50 euro deal for single use of a twin room. I liked the hotel and Rotterdam so much I stayed another night. This was a cycling holiday. Camping in good weather. Staying in hotels in bad weather. They have a dedicated storage room for bikes. The room was simple, comfortable,...
