I stayed here for 4 nights while in Rotterdam. The staff are very helpful. I thought the breakfast was outstanding. Wonderful assortment of breakfast offerings. The hotel is very accessible by tram or walking from the train station. Plus, there are number of restaurants nearby.

rooms for a family of 5, 1 month in advance and specificaly asked for connecting doors. The room for the children was unfit and following our request to change the rooms, in the next morning they replaces only one room to our suprise, gave the old one away and we were stuck with two rooms far apart from each other with no connecting doors for 3 small children. when I asked to leave the hotel, they did not approve the room cancelation. very bas service! not recomended at all!

Very nice room with a great view on the 11 th floor. Very clean. Hotel staff was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Suggestion for more than one waste basket as well as more security around the room where luggage is kept. Restaurant was closed for summer, but hotel bar was very nice and bartenders also pleasant and friendly. Good location especially if you're there for Rotterdam's Carnival festival.

Visited Rotterdam for the carvinal. Loved this hotel 🏨. Its in a central location. Walking distance to the malls the city, bars and restaurants. Hotel staff are really lovely, accomodating and on hand to resolve any issues with the utmost efficiency. The sauna is amazing and free to use. We had a pleasant experience. Definitely recommend it.

Well positioned hotel if you want to visit Rotterdam. Nice and clean room with the staff being friendly all over the place. The rooms are nice and clean, the breakfast buffet was very good. The advantage is they have a small parking lot as well, The fitness is hidden in the basement with no outside air flowing in, not the ideal place, but better than nothing.

The review score didn't meet expectations, the deluxe room was standard at best, beware the hidden charges and also drinks added to your room with no support of evidence even if the receipt isn't your name, spoilt a trip to a beautiful location.

Mark at check-in went far above in service, getting a maid to clean my room early for check in, giving me an upgrade, printing the ferry schedule for the Kinderdijk windmills and making restaurant recommendations. If only every hotel had someone like Mark! The hotel is lovely and comfortable. A block away is a Foodie paradise street. With lots of outdoor restaurants.

While booking the hotel we certainly came across more fancy sites & locations. Despite the traditional perception transmitted by the website the heart was more impressive than the shell. The dynamic staff and trendy setting did charme us differently. Turns out that surprisingly the hotel is a perfect oasis in a quite noisy city. Once inside no noise no stress just a nice trendy cocoon covering all the aspects to regenerate after a busy day in the city. The rooms are nicely designed with a view. Breakfast is still in the “old” setting, but luckily did receive a inspiring touch. Offering a lot of variance it is a good start of the day. The parking concept on the site was vague, but perfectly expected by the caretaking staff on the phone. Although close to the city centre most of the bar & restaurants are at the other end of the town, but when the weather is fine “who cares !?”.…

I am writing to express our disappointment and concern regarding the incident that occurred during our recent stay at your hotel. Our travel bags were stolen from the lobby. We lost so many personal and work related items. My 6 year old son was shocked what happened within 2 minutes. It was terrible experience when travelling to Rotterdam for the first time. What further compounded our disappointment was being informed that the hotel does not take responsibility for incidents in the lobby. As a guest, I expected a higher level of security and accountability. This experience has shaken my confidence in your hotel and its commitment to guest safety. I was with a largish group, most seemed satisfied, which makes me wonder if I simple gad lousy luck. My room was above the kitchen. This meant noise till well past ten o’clock and then I think some repairs needed doing as they started drilling at half past eleven. At five am I gave up on getting a decent nights sleep as the kitchen staff started on breakfast. I didn’t dare sleep with my windows open in that overheated room as my 1st floor room was above the roof of the kitchen, and it is after all the inner city. I’m not saying avoid this hotel but I would advise insisting on a room in the new wing.
