It is a small but pleasant hotel very well located. The room was large enough, very quiet but could be more enlightened. There was a small problem with the lamps, which can be fixed easily. Wifi is correct. Not enough plugs in the room. Mattress is fine. Breakfast more than average. Nice staff, unfortunately there was nobody at the reception... More

The hotel is in an excellent location, it's near to all - city center, railway station and medical center (where my conference was held). The room was clean and the bed nice but no more comfort was provided. There was no light above the mirror in the bathroom, 2 of 6 spotlights were out of function and it was difficult... More

This hotel is perfectly situated near the city center. We arrived very late due to a flight delay. Luckily a friend had already picked up our keys for us because the office was closed and no one was available until the next morning. The room was small but had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. Interactions with the... More

The room was clean and quiet. I had asked for a room in the quiet part of the hotel, and was quite surprised to be given a room looking out onto the street. It is a busy street, and was quite noisy even late at night, but this noise did not carry into the room. The only thing that was... More

I booked our room here for our last night away. We arrived by train and found the hotel very easily. Check in was quick and easy with friendly staff. We went to drop our bags off, found a room which was clean and suitable for our needs. Maybe a little bit small but it has everything we need apart from... More

This is the perfect hotel to stay in Leiden. It is located mere seconds from the city centre, and is on a few minutes walk from the Central Station. The hotel is situated in a historical building and all its interior, common room, restaurant, and rooms, are furnished accordingly, keeping the overall charm of this place. The rooms are spacious,... The hotel is well-located just a few minutes from the train station and close to shops and restaurants. First impressions were not good as the woman on the desk ignored me for a couple of minutes while she finished her paperwork. No information freely given either, like information about wifi, so I had to go down later and ask about... More

This is a good place to stay and the location is great. We were there for a week because of a conference and it was fine. The matteesses were a little harder than i'm used to but in the end it was fine. The only inconvient is the fact that somehow the cards get demagnetized quite quickly. If it happens... More

I loved the location of this hotel, really central but still fairly quiet in the room despite a huge amount of noise from outside (we stayed during Leiden's huge party weekend 2-4th October). The staff were friendly and helpful, especially reception and the room was ok, the wifi worked, there was a huge bed which was nice and it was... More

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. We booked using an online booking site and a few days before we arrived, it offered us an upgrade to an Executive Room for not very much money. We went for it because the room would be bigger, more comfortable and inlcuded tea making facilities. Our room was on the 3rd floor.... More
