When visting Dordrecht you can sleep in an old water tower. The rooms are only one pet floor. In the middle of the bed you can look outside and see the cows. Really different. Breakfast with a rural view in the morning. We arrived late ( after midnight) and called in advance. It was elegantly taken care off. Next time... More

Hotel de Watertoren is a refurbished old water tower. Every floor upstairs (7 all together) has one room. Downstairs is the reception and a small restaurant. The rooms are quite large equipped with a good bed, a desk to work, wardrobe, toilette and bathtube, refrigator and water boiler. Dinner and breakfast are ok, surrounding gives possibilities to walk or run... More

We were looking for a special place to stay and found it in this former water tower. The views are superb however what we did not realize is that precisely because of the structure and the rooms not being soundproofed, it is rather noisy. The bath with shower is awkwardly placed due to the shape of the tower which does... More

This is a nice place to stay. The rooms are well set out, plenty of space and an unusual bathroom. Very quiet at night. There is a lift up to the rooms so they are accessible even if you have limited mobility. There is a very small outside terrace where you can enjoy drinks/a meal or an indoors restaurant. Our... An ideal place to stay for business in Rotterdam. This smallish venue has beautifully appointed rooms with a very pleasant atmosphere. The restaurant serves lovely home made food and is clearly popular with the local community. Would certainly stay there again on future visits.

Just off the N3 link in Dortrecht, between the A15 & A16 motorways this is a small hotel with a big difference. It's worth the 10 or so minutes detour for a short stay or long weekend base just south of Rotterdam. Comfortable bed, spacious rooms without clutter or over styled it has retained its character with a feeling of... More

Great views from the 4th floor room, spacious if basic rooms, delicious breakfast and reasonably priced home cooked restaurant make this hotel a good choice. Added bonus of having a bike hire shop in the basement made rental very simple and provided a great way to see the nearby Biesbosch national park. Maybe its just me, but no door and... More
