We had three nights there in early July. The hotel is ideally placed - five minutes from the station and five minutes to the market square. It is a quirky place full of history and character. Our room was spotlessly clean and well appointed. The cold buffet breakfast was varied, well presented and very tasty. All of the staff were pleasant, informative and very helpful. A useful addition was easy access to a computer which allowed me to check in for our return flights. I would have no hesitation in staying there again
Good hotel for a visit to the old centre of Delft. Set beside a canal within walking distance of restaurants and bars. Parking in public car park a short distance from hotel. Expensive though at 17€ a day. Luckily free of charge for our 2 day visit as it was a public holiday. Very helpful reception and pleasant room overlooking the canal. Steep stairs from lift to room is challenging. Comfortable bed but maybe a little narrow. Bathroom functional and clean. Quiet nights sleep despite being so close to centre. Excellent breakfast. All in a a good hotel for a visit to this historical and very pretty town.
We stayd here just one night, and at least for a short stay it was ok. The location next to canal, 5 minutes to railway station and about the same to main square was good. The room & whole interior was a bit worn off, but nothing too bad. Our room had no view, just to inyard but you get what you pay for.. The breakfast was pretty good - but no warm stuff. Overall, 3 stars hotel, could visit again.
I just loved everything about this hotel. The location is great; very close to the main market square. It is on a lovely little canal. The room was spacious, spotless and had a lovely lounging area with a view of the church. We were out really late, however, the manager was kind enough to let us enjoy breakfast even though we missed the entire time for breakfast. Truly a charming and lovely hotel.
This hotel is located very close to Delft train and tram station and under 4 minutes walk from the main market square. Our room was not in the main hotel but rather in a building next door. The room itself was very big and had a large bathroom and a second separate toilet. The bed was comfortable and the room decorated in a classical style but with a quite modern bathroom. The room had tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge (not mini bar). The breakfast was in the main hotel and was of a good quality in a continental style. Pastries were very good and tea a coffee were made to order. The only downside about this hotel was that the reception staff failed to notify me in advance that a train strike was occurring on the day that I was leaving delft. This resulted in…
