Went to Utrecht for a short businesstrip and arrived to the hotel late at night. The room was really small and freezing cold so I turned up the heat and all of a sudden it started to smell burnt. After turning off the heat I tried to get some sleep but the window was so thin and bad isolated that...

Right in the centre of Utrecht, we stayed in this Hotel for two nights. An excellent location for anyone who wants to be in the centre of this beautiful city. With the market, tourist attractions, theatre all in walking distance. The hotel staff was friendly. The room/bathroom was tidy and clean but not perfect, a mirror had come off the...

The hotel is located conveniently between the public transportation and the old city. There are numerous high quality resturants within easy walking distance. The modern rooms were bright and airy, the bed comfortable.

Very friendly and helpful reception. Double bedroom on 5th floor was nice and clean. Central place, short walking distance to restaurants. WLAN was a little slow in the evening, no problems in the morning.

The mold on the walls, burnt curtains and looks dirty. The room was really small.... not even a shampoo so have to get yours. I would not even touch their breakfast - the hygiene levels are questionable

While the location of this hotel is awesome... the hotel itself is quite awful. If television reception is important (the Netflix they boost about on their website was not working and the reception for other channels was terrible); if use of the safe is important (the safe did not work and although the young girl apologized several times but basically...

We had a performance in the city centre and looking for something nearby Tivoli. In January i visited the Apollo hotel in Groningen and that was very good. So when i saw Apollo in Utrecht the choice was made. And indeed, it is very good for exploring the centre. The hotel itself is less attractive than the one in Groningen,...

Very centrally located but with awkward steps up to the reception desk. Nice, helpful staff. I asked for a quiet room and it was - on the third floor. The corridors looked a little tired but my room was fine. It was quite spacious and clean with a kettle and a coffee machine. Bed was quite comfortable. Bathroom was a...

I stayed there for 2 nights and 3 days and every day I had problems with water. I was not able to shower as I only had burning hot water coming from the tab. First day there was a young man, who lovingly reset the water pump and afterwards came up to check if it had worked. It was really...
