Stayed two nights on a cycle tour. Building modern and clean, close to train station and only 5 minutes from the old town (and restaurants and grocery stores). Very friendly and helpful staff on the desk. Rooms clean and well kept. Would stay again.

I had a pre-paid booking marked as guaranteed late arrival. However when I arrived they informed me that they had already sold my room, and whilst they were checking in other arrivals they refused to provide me a room.
