Both rooms have private bathrooms. One bathroom is connected to one of the bedrooms. The other bathroom is not attached to the room. You have to take the stairs down to get there and the stairs are a little narrow. However, the bathroom is completely private and separated from the rest of the house.
The Inn is smoke free and very clean.
