The hotel is a little out of town but it contains a ten pin bowling alley, there is a London bus bar in the big concert room. the rooms are dated and would be extremely noisy as they look directly on to the function room. The wifi is excellent in the hotel. The food in the bar and restaurant good...

Starting with the fact that the options to stay in Den Helder are very limited... On top of that no one seemed to have the ability to recommend a place to stay. "Depends on what you like" shouldn't be the answer for a person on business trip staying for the first time in the city!!! Not a very welcoming experience......

I was booked in that hotel for one night in September 2014 and was absolutely astonished if this is really happening in XXI century. Hotel is situated away from the city center. My room was cleaned but very poor equipped especially bathroom. I arrived late asking for dinner. Dinner was served without forks. I asked bartender for it. In the...

i arrived here for 2 nights for a judo completion at a nearby sports complex, there was nearly 50 of us & we were looked after very well, yes! it's a strange lay out from going through a bowling alley to your rooms & a stage plus a London red double decker bus(bar) next to your rooms but it was...

You will never find another hotel like this one, that is for sure. The bar and restaurant are fairly poor by any hotel standards. The barman has no idea how to bartend. The `square` is interesting and has bizarre items strewn across it, such as a double decker bus that's been made into a bar, and a stone water feature...

It's a bit quirky, but it was ok. The rooms were recently remodeled, the shower is in an odd location, the entrance to the room. To get to your room, you pass through a bowling alley then into a huge atrium with a stage for a band and a basement with a glow in the dark put put golf course....

Had to stay here while waiting to join ship having stayed at the sister hotel the Weinerhof we weren't expecting much. The food is massively over-priced and the portion sizes small and the quality just poor. We also received a pudding which was still frozen. The hotel itself was rather strange and has a bowling alley, a London double decker...

Having read the reviews on here I was a little sceptical I must say but was pleasantly surprised. A slightly odd layout having to walk through the bowling alley to get to your room which is off a large "atrium" but when there room was pleasant (slightly dated interior and very warm mind), your own balcony and the shower was...

Så I didnt get much use of their bowling aley or their doubledecker (UK Style) bar, or massive concert area... thing.... The room I had was poor. The lighting was really dim, so wasnt so great doing...
