The staff were very helpful . Breakfast was excellent , fresh roles , happy pig ( i was told the story ) Loved the free cappuccinos all day . Rooms small , especially as we were in a business trip , not much space to work ( did book a larger room from previous, but still tight ) Like the...

Since almost a year, I'm a regular guest of the V hotel (4 to 5 days a week). For me staying at hotel V is similar as staying at home. More than anything, the staff is responsible for that feeling. Always smiling, freindly, ready to please you in any way. Rooms are great. For more calm, choose the rooms at...

I enjoyed my first time in Amsterdam as well as my stay at Hotel V. Upon arrival I was greeted and checked in promptly by Jan who epitomised the entire Hotel V staff; friendly, upbeat, efficient and informative. I was also given a very user friendly map of the city with all the sites/hot spots to see circled on it....

We stayed in hotel V in February and as very experienced travelers throughout the whole world, I can say as a dutch girl this was the worst! To pay 165 euro for a room smaller than my own bathroom, very noisy, we heard our neighbours having a great time..., you couldn't move in the bathroom, breakfast was just a cheap...

The service in Hotel V is very good. Friendly staff. There was free Wifi in the hotel. I also really enjoyed the breakfast. The hotel is not very far from the center (we didn't even use any transportation ). About the rooms- the bed was very comfy and I slept there like baby. But the walls are too thin and...

For work i have to be in Amsterdam about twice a month and i have to say that it's hard to find a good hotel. You end up in a room that is a poor reflection of what you see on a website. I was pleasently suprised with Hotel V, finaly a Hotel that understand the needs of their guests....

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Hotel V Frederiksplein. Great location, great breakfast, great vibe, very young and hip and great value compared with other hotels in Amsterdam. Room was a bit small but was perfect for us. My only complaint was that it was a little cold in the bedroom, although it was January and snowing outside and the...

A really stylish and comfortable hotel. Location is good enough to almost walk everything in the inner city of Amsterdam. Breakfast buffet was really delicious, the service young and very friendly. Details to improve: - Dust the rooms a little bit more often, black interior shows every minor dust (also on the nice balloon lamps) - Bath (very small) room...

What makes this hotel outstanding is the service - the staff is exceptionally nice. Just to name an example, coffee in the über-stylish lounge area next to the reception is included. We had a friend come and pick us up from there, and because we were sitting there as hotel guests, he didn't pay anything for his coffee either! On...
