Directly located at the Amstelpark, the new Motel One Amsterdam opens in Summer 2015. Close to the fair and exhibition center and to the airport Schipol, it's a perfect starting point for business guests. Or start your sightseeing tour from our Motel One Amsterdam. The city centre is reachable in 30 minutes with the public transfers. Explore the museums, the sightseeing attractions and the famous "Grachten". The prevailing topic in the One Lounge are the world famous bicycles that can be seen all over Amsterdam. An art installation made of bikes serves as a room divider and another piece of art composed of wheels covers the wall in the breakfast area.

Second time in a Motel One hotel , first time I stay in Vienna in a Motel One hotel. Stay in this hotel for one night and I choose this because are at a convenient distance to airport and also to city center. All public transport are available near the hotel , 300-350 meters. Train , tram and Metro .We used the Subway to get to Central Station and from Central Station everything are very close.Room are very nice and clean with a window as big as a wall, bathroom have a good size and are clean. Comfortable bed . We do not eat breakfast because we leave before 6 o'clock in the morning .We arrive early in the morning around 9 we do not receive a room but they take our luggage and give us some maps and we was free to visit. Excellent hotel strongly recommended.

Dear Serban, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your impressions about your stay at Motel One Amsterdam. We love to read that our staff did a great job and we will pass on your kind appreciation. Did you knew that our bar is 24h open and our bar menu has a great selection of drinks and cocktails and of includes also a snack menu. Our tip is to try our freshly prepared toasted sandwiches or sweet snacks. I hope we will be able to welcome you back in the coming future. Needed to cancel our reservation (Motel One Amsterdam) due to Corona and a cancelled event. They charged 90% no show fee. Look for another hotel if you get a chance. We will never do business with this company again, ever!

I'm guessing that in comparison to some other hotels in Amsterdam, Motel One is quite spacious and modern. In comparison to many other hotels, its cozy (as in small). However it at least calls it with a correct name, it is a motel. The check-in was painfully slow, however very very friendly. The knowledge of the area (or bothering to explain maybe) maybe not so good as they told me there is only one place nearby to eat but in fact after walking around 10minutes there were more than a few places (or maybe 10minutes walk is not nearby anymore, who knows). There is a bar that makes sandwiches downstairs though and a grocery store very close by. The room is small, but clean. The bathroom had a nice big shower. It is not a place for a romantic break, however travelling alone for business it is perfect. Check in, shower, sleep.

Really good experience with this hotel.. they put me in a really quiet room on an upper floor out the back away from the busy road it’s on and it was dead quiet for all 4 nights of my stay. The price was really good for the quality of the room. All the staff were friendly and helpful (e.g. they printed out my boarding card for the flight home and gave me some travel tips ) the bed was very comfy with good pillows .. it was spotlessly clean and it’s location was great with De Pijp near by and the metro tram and train station are all within 5 mins.. there was a handy supermarket next door which was open late 7 days a week too .. I really recommend this chain I stayed in a very good one of their hotels in Cologne last year
