I can't complain about our stay in this hotel other than the fact it absolutely isn't a 4* and definitely not worth the price I paid. Check in was quick and easy, although slightly shocked when we were told breakfast is complementary when I paid extra for breakfast, something I'll be checking with the booking agent. Our room was a pleasant size and clean as was the glass cube bathroom which included a lovely shower. Considering the 4* rating and price, I would have expected at least a complimentary bottle of water in the fridge instead of having to pay 2€ for 250ml from the vending machine as there are no shops close by. The room could be quite noisy at times especially when upstairs were using their bathroom, this didn't bother us but I can imagine plenty of people would see this as a complaining point. The restaurant didn't have much to offer for evening meals and the drinks at the bar were very pricey however the breakfast was nice and plenty to choose from. 5 minute walk to the closest metro station and 15 minutes to centraal, again not a problem and actually found it nice to be away from the husstle and bustle. Would I stay at this hotel again? Yes absolutely if the price dropped significantly.

The hotel looks great and it's nice and quuet and the room is nice (executive suite) the bathroom situation wasnt nice being able to see silhouettes of people in there. The bath was awesome and deep!! Shower was nice too. The daily cleaning service wasnt good, they didn't change the sheets they just turnt the duvet over which is fine until our 3rd night when we saw the stains made from the first night (pizza) on the duvet, considering you're paying well over £150 a night that's not good! The breakfast is nice but on the 3rd morning we saw 3 ants on the top where the food (bread stuff) was, so we left breakfast that day.

Excellent hotel with helpful and friendly staff, always willing to help. The hotel has all the facilities you need. It is clean and tidy in all areas. Although the hotel is outside the centre of Amsterdam the station is a short walk and the train ride is 15-20 minutes to the centre. I would stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone.

Decent budget hotel but it’s in a business area so nothing close by. Our room was next to a building site, other family members were next to the noisy lifts so overall noisy! Rooms are basic, pillows are square which was odd! Breakfast ok.

The room was so clean, old fashioned didn't like the idea of the bathroom the toilet is very exposed all transparent. The tv channels limited for international channels nothing at all. The staff were ignorant. Location of hotel is far from centre about 30mins. It's very quiet location and isolated in a business estate.
