Very well located for the arena and Ziggo Dome. There is also a metro stop a pint a 5 minute walk with connections to many locations.
Clean hotel, efficient checkin and check out. Room was clean, and had a good selection of English speaking tv channels.
The bed was comfy but difficult to sleep for some reason.
The gym was very basic and the treadmill didn’t work. If you can get a decent room rate of around £100 a night I’d recommend for the location of your needing to be around here.

This hotel was a nice clean place to stay. Rooms were modern. The only concern was that the air conditioning did not cool the room nearly as much as we would have liked. Breakfast had a reasonable selection of good quality options. Was a little on the expensive side however. Parking was a bit tight. We did not get the room cleaned during our stay so cannot comment on housekeeping. Was a little surprised that most people in the hotel including staff did not wear masks.

Some friends booked us to stay here for a sup ride trip to Amsterdam last week. The hotel is not fair from the Metro which is around a 10-15 ride into central Amsterdam.

Breakfast buffet was very good, typical continental but decent and all we needed,
Great nights sleep - no noise in corridors or outside, room was decent size, comfortable bed.

The bathroom is the only thing I didn’t really like as it was frosted glass all round rather than walls but was clean and had a nice rainfall shower.

Would stay here again

We had a pleasant stay at the Ozo Hotel Amsterdam. The fact that the location is a bit further out of the city center didn't bother us, as you can get to the metro station within 5 minutes and Amsterdam Central station within 15 minutes.

We found the hotel to be very clean, the room was spacious, modern and well equipped. We especially liked the bathroom with the glass wall. Beds were also very comfortable.

Due to Amsterdam going into lockdown we decided to move our booking. We were due to travel in the middle of the lockdown. One colleague said I can move the booking once so we then asked to move it to September 2022. They refused to move the booking. They said it had to be before March 2022 which I wasn’t happy with and despite my concerns about travelling with a child during COVID they wouldn’t listen. Had they told me March from the start then fair enough but they didn’t so therefor it is their mistake. This would have been my third time returning there but this experience has been enough to put me off ever giving them more of my money. The way they spoke was disgusting.

I booked 5 rooms at this hotel 2 months in advance and on arrival they lied that Expedia had asked them to cancel my booking. On calling Expedia, they said they never asked them to do so. They were not bold enough to own up to their inability to fulfil the booking or even notify me of the cancellation before I arrived.

My team arrived after midnight and were left without a place to stay. We eventually found a room in a nearby hotel around 3am.

Ozo hotel has a lot of bad reviews which I regretfully ignored. Please do not go to this hotel so you don't end up being shafted. Very incompetent bunch. The place should be closed down.

Super disappointing hotel with rude staff and dirty and disgusting rooms and areas. The first room were given stank of a smoke. The rooms are not super clean and the corridors are extremely dirty with a filthy full covering rug. We went down to the reception to inform them that we were really disappointed with the first impression and that we would to change hotel and get a refund. The reception then proceed to tell us with a passive aggressive attitude that she would under no expectations make a refund. She would let us change rooms but nothing more than that. We were super surprised by this behavior but decided to go up to the other room to check it. Although the second room was better and without a smoke smell, we still found it very dirty and filthy with hair that did not belong to us in the bed and in the bathroom. It came to a point that we decided to leave the hotel even though we were not given a refund because of the bad service and disgusting rooms. I would not recommend anyone to come to this place. Also to note, it’s pretty far from the city center. Please don’t waste your money on this place.

I feel the need to leave this review to warn other women who are thinking of staying at this hotel, alone or not, or those who are due to stay here in the future.

We stayed at this hotel in 2019 and had such a nice time we booked again but unfortunately now won’t be returning. The hotel is in a great location near a metro station and the hotel is overall nice, however, an experience on our last day left me feeling very uncomfortable.

I left our hotel room to use the toilet on the ground floor. On my way back up to our hotel room, I was alone in the lift with a male who worked at the hotel. I stood by the door, and he was stood very close to me and asked ‘how my day was’ which was a normal thing to ask. However the conversation then changed and he commented on my appearance and asked me whether I was staying alone at the hotel, to which in answered ‘no I am staying with my boyfriend’. By that point the lift had reached the floor that I needed and I quickly exited. He followed me out and saw which room I had gone into.

Guests should be able to feel comfortable in a hotel and if it wasn’t our last day, or if I was a woman staying at the hotel on my own I would have cancelled our booking and stayed elsewhere.

On our departure, I informed the reception of what had happened. I would advise any woman staying at this hotel to be very cautious or stay elsewhere if you can!!

I will give the hotel 5 for cleanliness as it was spotless. The two stars are for the following! The staff at reception were so rude, no personality to them whatsoever! I’d have a better conversation with my toddler back home who is learning to talk! I had to ask on two separate occasions for an extra blanket for the bed which seemed to be a big deal and took a while to locate. The hotel was freezing! Extra blankets in the room are usually standard. The shower flooded the bathroom so I spent my first night mopping that up with towels and for future showers wrapping two towels around the door to catch the water. The bed and pillows weren’t great and both myself and my husband have lower back pain from it! Dreaded coming back each night we stayed as you just wanted a warm cozy room in the winter which sadly this hotel did not offer.
I knew this hotel was off the beaten track but with Amsterdam’s brilliant infrastructure the metro will get into central Amsterdam in about 20 mins. This hotel is a no from me and we will not return

My partner took me here for my 21st and it cost £100 for one night and it definitely wasn’t worth that much for one night. Not in a good area cost a lot in taxis to get to centre. Bed wasn’t comfortable pillows very hard definitely other places better for Money.

You can see a little silhouette. But still it doesn't really give you a lot of privacy because you can still hear everything and see the silhouette. Won't recommend that hotel for friends
