Dear GDTraveler123, Thank you for your review. We are very happy to read that you had a very nice stay. We are also very happy to read that our staff was extremely helpful. We are sorry to read that you think that the common areas are very basic. Of course, our interior designers tried to pay attention to every small detail in the hotel. Also with the design of the bathroom. We have installed spacious walk-in showers with special drains to prevent any water is running into the bathroom. One more thing - when we were there, you offered a free wifi device to carry with us while in Amsterdam. Do you always offer that service or was it with the package we had? We didn't take advantage of it - but might plan to do so when we return.

Hello! My husband and I will be staying at your hotel on May 6th of this year and we are completely thrilled at the prospect of ending our river cruise with a stay at what appears to be a truly beautiful property. Our biggest reason for extending our vacation an extra day is to be able to visit the Keukonoff gardens the day we arrive. Does your concierge have access to the various tours that are available or should we book them ourselves ahead of time. Thank you very much and I look forward to seeing you soon. Sincerely, Kim G

Hi, Is there transportation to the airport available? We will be there in Dec, will take the Eurostar from London, but will be flying back home to Boston from the Amsterdam airport. If it is available, then what is the price for 3 people. thanks!!

We arranged through the hotel for airport pick up flying in, which worked out wonderfully. There were 4 of us with luggage and if I remember correctly (?) it was 70 Euros. I didn't keep a record so really relying on memory on cost. They had to wait for us to clear customs. The hotel is very helpful. Hope this info helps.

Do all of your suites have a shower and separate bathtub?
