Well I can honestly say that this hotel was an excellent choice for our 6 day stay. In July it was keenly priced very clean and easily accesible being on the No4 tram route. The staff Carlos Tayab and Keisha were extremely helpfull and very polite and were able to advise on all matters. I particulary liked the fact the... More

I have visited this hotel on 2 occasions. I have no real issues or complaints to make however the service from the front desk staff is a little lacking. There is a continental breakfast offered everyday, along with tea and coffee in the room. Also shared bathrooms.

I was impressed at the size of our room (We stayed in the 'triple' room with 3 single beds). The bathroom is very small but is adequate for what you would need. The location is very far from everything, even the nearest metro station is a journey away. Although... as we were only there for 1 night it definitely sufficed.... More

Surprisingly expensive for what is billed as a budget hotel. Cramped, small rooms (our party had two rooms). Very steep, narrow stairs. Uncomfortable, narrow beds. Breakfast was at extra cost, but actually good value for what it was.

We had 3 adults sharing a room on the second floor. We're all pretty fit so it was fine but there is no lift and the stairs are extremely steep. If you had mobility issues or young children you may struggle. Rooms are basic but clean. Fresh towels each day. You can get breakfast at the hotel but there are... More

Check-in late afternoon done by a very accommodating Asian looking lady named LeeAnn and it went smoothly. Rooms given to my family were okay as expected in a place like Amsterdam. Toilet and bath is quiet small which is acceptable but it get very wet and slippery after one take a shower or bath,,,, There is a floor towel but... More

Not the best hotel or location in the world, but it's cheap and has everything you need for a weekend away. The downward turn on the size of the rooms doesn't really matter if you're out and about most the the visit. Although I've given 4 starts I wouldn't stop again due to location.

Don't expect the Ritz at this price point & you won't be disappointed. Rooms are small but were very clean and cleaned every day. We had a shared toilet and shower which was also very clean. The shower was excellent and water was always hot. It is situated in a quiet residential area, about 30 minute walk or 10 minute... More

The hotel is situated in a very residential area which is quite a nice break when you're done partying in central amsterdam. The receptionists were all helpful and spoke english. We didn't expect much as we paid a really cheap price to stay here for a double bed with shared bathroom. the bathroom and bedroom were basic and small but... More
