We stayed in this hotel during June 2016. This hotel does what you expect and is a 5 minute walk from leidesplein with all the pub's and Irish bars plus sports bars. It's just off the main street so is quite quiet, it's also convenient for the tram lines 1,2 and 5. There is loads of shopping nearby if that's... More

Not a bad location. Very steep stairs to navigate. I wouldn't like to carry large luggage up. We went with 2 other couples. The good point was we had a small floor with 3 attic rooms. Very hot up there. The other 2 rooms had fans. We stayed 2 nights, and we didn't get towels changed, although the other 2... More

I had been looking for a reasonably-priced hotel for an overnight stay on my way back to the US and this was one of the few in that category. I called for directions and they were not very helpful (ended up walking around for about 45 minutes with luggage before I broke down & called for a taxi). The room... More

All I have is good words for this hotel!! Stayed for 4 nights with my partner and were more than pleased. Close proximity to everything and also not forgetting the amazing coffee shop located next door. The only issue I would say for older or people with limited ability would be the steep stairs.. They were no problem for us... More

When I first walked in the room I thought it was clean, the first night I was there I was so itchy that I could not sleep. Woke up with a couple of bug bites. Not sure if it was mosquitos or some bugs. Also, the reason we chose this hotel was to get away from the red light district... More

We stayed here for a short weekend break. The hotels location was excellent. Plenty of shops, coffee shops, places to eat and attractions in the area. Although the weather wasn't great it was a great place to be and walk around. The hotel was very small and the stairs were the steepest I've ever seen. The rooms were nice and... More

the worst was in Glasgow, but that is another story. The room was filthy: - Carpet, Curtains, blankets and linen were dirty and worn. - Floor, walls, ceiling and windows all crying for renovation for decades. Reception was unprofessional and unwelcoming... Shared shower and toilet were decent, but small and in another floor than the room. The only OK was... More

On arriving at the hotel We were greeted with a friendly welcome. I then noticed the stairs leading upto our room which were more like climbing a ladder. Not a hotel I would recommend for people with children or infirm. We were told we had a deluxe room which cost €278 for 2 nights( without breakfast ) . I have... More

Thank god I had to come down from my room once in the morning and climb back up once in the evening! So small and dangerous stairs I haven't seen again!! The breakfast was at the entrance in front of the tiny reception-kitchen and you could have only one cold croissant!!! But the worst thing was the dirty towels!! They... More
