Me and my partner stayed for 2 nights in May.. Received a nice welcome from receptionist, he was very helpful and told us all the cool places to go, our room was nice and clean and was a standard stay for a couple of nights, the check-in is quite late so if you have an early flight don't expect to... Just a 35 minute bus ride from Schipol irport on 197 bus. Current bus ticket cost 5 euros. Ideally located, within walking distance of all the major attractions. The room facilities and breakfasts provided surpassed expectations. The service provided by Sebastien and Hank was five star. Really enjoyed our 3 night stay and will return next year.

We stayed here for 2 nights and found the location perfect. It is located in a quieter area ( north Amsterdam but still central) and so we slept well wthout the noise of the party people. We were in the basement but it was really street level so quite bright and fine. The stairs were harrowing! Terrifyingly narrow so front... More

Upon arrival we were welcomed by a lovely male (Hank) he told us everything we needed to know about the area and what there is to do. Hotel was in a great location within walking distance to loads of places, right by a canal which in the morning during breakfast was beautiful. The breakfast was nice but was disappointed there... This hotel has a very good location. 5 minutes walking from Leidseplein but not on a chaotic street. Plus it is right on a canal. The staff was really nice and kind, ready to give all the required informations and much more. As for the rooms I must say that the size was pretty small (as usual in Amsterdam) and... More

Just returned from a 3 night stay. Our room was located above the breakfast room up a very steep flight of stairs. The bathroom had glass doors from the bedroom which gave no privacy and the shower had no door which lead to most of the floor getting wet. Also note each room has a wooden floor so each footstep... We understand that a lot of Amsterdam hotel rooms can be small but our one was very small. Rooms were a bit tired looking and had no wardrobe or draw space - hence we had to live out of our suitcase ! Staff very helpful and friendly and hotel was in a good location.
