stayed for 4 nights. great location, clean and comfortable room and helpful staff. only negative things i can say are that the wifi was a bit hit and miss and there were only 2 coat hangers in the wardrobe and no hooks for hanging coats on but it was a really great hotel for what we paid to stay there

The hotel is simple and really well located. If you want to feel in fancy hotel thats definitely not the place to be but a cozy one and you dont have to pay so muhc money for that. I have stayed 3 nights there and I really liked.

Overall we got what we paid for/expected. It's a boutique hotel. So typical style and sized rooms for a European hotel. The building has two entrances but the one with out reception requires a keycard for entry so pretty safe. We were on the 4th floor. Their staircases are small and steep so thank goodness for the elevator. It was... More

Stayed here at the end of April 2016. After stupidly lugging our suitcases up the incredibly steep staircases the city is famous for, to our 3rd floor room we discovered the small elevator to our embarrassment. Upon arrival at the hotel we were checked in by a friendly receptionist who was the most helpful of all the staff, pity we... More

I chose this hotel mainly for its location to the museum, in this respect its in a good location close to the museum quarter, a short ride on the number 1 tram from the main train station and is easily accessible along the canal ring. To access the main lobby requires climbing a fairly steep not easily accessible to those... More

A good place to stay at. The location was good very central. We enjoyed our stay here with my wife. The rooms were average and clean. The bed was not the best but okay for a night or two in. The service was really good. Pretty much had everything we needed for a stay. It is a good place for... More

Hotel clean in a good central location. Staff helpful, breakfast average. So close to shops supermarket has delicious pastries. So go buy breaky cheaper. Room was nice but bed was two singles pushed together that would slide apart as soon as you moved towards middle. They need to fix that.

The hotel could be described as basic. Some of the rooms are tiny and the shower room even smaller, not enough room to dry yourself. Comfy bed...horrible pillow, basic but ok breakfast, limited seating. Kettle and coffee in the room and a safe. It's located in the theatre district...trams and buses very close. Staff friendly...I guess it's an ok place... More

We booked this hotel through a packaged deal. Being a belated honeymoon we wanted somewhere with a decent central location, so we could explore the main tourist venues in this city. The location itself is great, down a quiet side street that overlooks the canal, but two minutes walk away from bars, restaurants and shops. The steps up to reception... More

This isn't a 5 star hotel, but if you need a place to lay your head whilst you explore this city then it will do you fine. Room clean and had TV, kettle and iron. Stairs are quite step and corridors narrow so may be a struggle with luggage. Nice breakfast with plenty on offer. Definitely no complaints
