Rooms are small but have everything you need. We stayed for 3 nights and rooms (three in total) were cleaned every day. Showers are nice and powerful. Staff on reception are very helpful and even managed to get us a taxi on NYE.

We have never seen --let alone stayed-- a hotel room as small as this one. Our luggages didnt fit the room, our legs didnt fit the bed, our eyes didnt fit the window to see the canal view since we are not smurfs. The room pictures do not reflect the truth for sure. The hotel has only 2 double beds....

The hotel was well situated, 5-10 minute walk from Dam Square, restaurants and shopping mall. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, well maintained and pleasant. We experienced a problem with our safe (our fault) and the staff were quick to respond, and nothing seemed too much trouble. We will certainly be staying again (next year).

Overall the hotel delivered on expectations for us on our brief stay. The location was very convenient to local attractions, restaurants and transportation. Our room was clean and fairly spacious and the front desk staff was helpful. We didn't have a view from our room but the hotel is right on a canal - so you could get lucky with...

Loved the location!!! Friendly, helpful and courteous people at the front desk. They directed us to some great restaurants. We were in the center of everything and just around the corner from the Ann Frank house. We stayed in the 2 story room, it was very comfortable and had a bathroom on each floor. Comfy beds, great bath products, it...

Great location overlooking one of the main canals. Central but not noisy. Clean and rather spacy for Amsterdam. Friendly people at the desk. You could definitely do worse for the same price. The breakfast is like most dutch breakfasts a bit uninspired nut then again nobody goes to holland for the food.

On arrival the hotel has a modern and clean feel and indeed the rooms are clean and well appointed. Unfortunately our stay did not include a decent night's sleep as from 3.15 am we were woken by the receptionist having a conversation in full voice for 30 mins. By 4 am we were then treated to various pipes and machines...

An excellent hotel in ten minute walk of Centraal Station. Very clean and quiet. Comfortable beds in a room overlooking the Canal. An entire wall of the room painted with a faux Rembrandt scene, a friendly touch to come home to! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, directing us to two excellent restaurants and advising us on how to...
