I can say that around the World I have stayed in bigger and more appointed rooms, however the quality of the furniture, iPad dock, nespresso machine and TV was great. The service was sublime and the staff are the very best asset at this well located hotel.

HOTEL’S FAVORITE REVIEW

This hotel spells perfection from its staff, location, facilities and design, which I can best describe as both timeless and elegant. I have been coming to Amsterdam for years and have always stayed in what I would consider as decent 4-star hotels, claiming to be 5 stars and so arriving at the Waldorf Astoria Amsterdam, I did not have such...

This is by far the best welcoming I've ever received during a check-in process. My friend and I arrived at the hotel after a long flight and both of us felt a bit unwell. Cristina Galiano who handled the check in process with kindness, knowledge and grace offered her help with our condition but we didn't want to be of...

Enjoyable stay at Waldorf but felt it wasn't really up to what I would expect of a WA. We were greeted in an odd manor and they were very slow with room service etc. Overall, it is a beautiful hotel but i just felt the service should have been a lot better for what you pay to stay here.

Dear Sir, Thank you kindly for sharing your experience at the Waldorf Astoria Amsterdam on TripAdvisor. I am very touched to read that you appreciated the beauty & architecture of our beloved 17th and 18th century canal palaces. It is with true regret, though, that I read our service did not live up to your expectations, as we are dedicated...

I have a tendency to write reviews when things go wrong, not right, so with this review I will try and remedy that pattern. Lets start with check in -- I had been traveling all day and mistakenly left my credit card at the airport Starbucks. Yes, all my fault but the hotel (Jonas) immediately called the airport, called the...

This was my first time staying in the WA in Amsterdam. I was trying to choose between the Conservatorium, the newly refurbished Pulitzer (where I stayed before) and this one. I decided on this one because of it's reviews on TripAdvisor. Firstly, the location is admittedly good, but not that close to the main city centre. It still requires a...

I can say in complete conviction that Waldorf Astoria Amsterdam was one of the most exceptional hotel experiences I ever made. The location is very central so you can do most sightseeing by foot but public transportation and taxis are available in the surrounding area too. The hotel itself is just stunning. This was a repeat visit for me. It is so pleasant to receive a genuinely warm return welcome from familiar faces. Once again, everything was perfect.
