I stayed at the Dutch Design Hotel for 2 nights, and would unlikely do so again. Location was perfect, as I was here for business, but nothing else to do around. The staff beforehand was super helpful with questions asked (via emails). That said, the cleanness of the room was VERY poor, found old bread, fruits etc in the cupboards....

we staied 3 nights at the hotel. We wanted to stay in a central location, but I found a great deal and decided to go with it. Hotel stay was great. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to the tram stop (line 2). The tram passes the important places of the city. Nice hotel, very quiet place, courteous service...

My brother and I spent four days at this hotel. We wanted to go with a more central location, but I found a great deal for this one through ebookers.com, and we decided to go with it. After spending four days in Amsterdam, we think we made the best choice. We wouldn't see the outskirts of Amsterdam if we stayed...

My friend and I stayed at the Artemis in Amsterdam for 4 nights and 3 days for his 19th, and it was awesome! First of all the hotel was outstanding, rooms were super comfortable and bathroom was very well equipped (could have used a lock on the bathroom door but other than that). Beds were very comfortable and staff were...

Nice hotel, comfortable rooms, good breakfast. The staff are friendly and speak impeccable English. When I was there it seemed full of Japanese tourists doing Europe in one hit, so a good overnight hotel stop.

Location wise it's a good hotel if you have business close to the airport or in the nearby areas. If you are aiming for central parts as a tourist you will need to walk ~15 min for tram stop and then 30 min on the tram. If you're not in a hurry it's more than ok since it's a direct...

The hotel is average for a 4 stars : don't expect too much service here and the food is just ok ( breakfast has nothing special, frozen pizzas for diner). But the rooms are spacious and the price are good : give them a call to get good rebates. Quite far away from the center, 20 minutes in public transportation...

I have stayed here on business a number of times over the last few years since it opened. I like it here, as can walk to the building I do business in, it is handy for airport, rooms are decent, food is good, and staff in my experience are helpful. Bottom line is I always book here without even considering...

Yes, this hotel is a "short" 10 to 15 minute walk to the tram station BUT that walk is through a minimalist industrial zone without the first shop, bar or restaurant - so, once you are camped at the hotel you are a prisoner of their offerings. The rooms are modern and comfy and clean. The bed was extra comfy...

Dear phloxMaryland, Thank you for writing a review about your stay. We are glad you have enjoyed our comfortable and clean rooms and the current art and design exhibition in the lobby. Our hotel is indeed located in a business park, where unfortunately are no shops nearby. We feel we provide good value for our rooms, also compared to the...
