In February 2020 we booked a non refundable room at the hotel. Due to Covid we had to cancel the trip. We contacted the reservation staff, namely Paloma Lorenzo and Ricardo Aranguez, to see if there was any chance of a credit. Not only did they give us a credit, they re-booked us for June 2021 at no extra charge. Again this was cancelled due to Covid. Once again Paloma and Ricardo re-booked us and changed the length of stay at no extra charge. To get service like this is fantastic and I am looking forward to finally stay at the Room Mate Aitana in two weeks time
I cannot fault this place, ideal location. 15 minute walk to central station. Spotless clean rooms, friendly staff and extremely comfortable beds. Very hard to get a place this nice in Amsterdam for good value of money, I will stay here again when I return to Amsterdam!!
At first, thank you for the repeated change of booking during the Covid crises! Very friendly staff at the reservation desk and in the rest of the hotel. A spacious, clean room with a cool view. Very good located near the Centraal station and the city center! A breakfast room with a view at the harbour and a plenty of choice! All in all it was a great holiday for my family, this Hotel I can highly recommend!
I am just back from a fantastic stay in room- mate Aitana in Amsterdam. From the moment we arrived the hotel staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly, from the bar staff to the reception staff. Nothing was too much and recommendations for restaurants, running routes and airport transfers were all supplied with a friendly manner. We stayed in a family room which was very comfortable for 3 adults. The beds were super comfy and the room very quiet. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to enjoy the sights of Amsterdam and I will definitely return, five stars!!
I've been to Amsterdam many times and this was the best stay so far. 3 very comfortable nights, an amazing view, very attentive and friendly staff, impeccable cleanliness, good prices and and very close to the central station.
Located next to the dock on the opposite side to A'DAM Tower and a short 5 minute walk from Amsterdam Centraal Station. About 15-20 minutes walk from the city centre. Lovely coffee shop called Bagels and Beans right outside the hotel with great views of the dock. Our queen/two double bed room, the bed and the bathroom were all a generous size, our son slept well and enjoyed the side angle view of the dock which was slightly obscured by buildings - you need to be in the right room for this as there are buildings opposite the hotel. There's also a gym within the hotel. Felt price was a bit steep for one night at £235 and £10 for each hour extended beyond checkout however it was in keeping with prices of other hotels on offer in Amsterdam. Staff were helpful both prior to booking and during our stay and the hotel was modern and well furnished.…
Lovely hotel and a reasonable short walk from Central Station and the hustle and bustle of Amsterdam. We had a family room, which was very spacious with a super king bed and two single. Bathroom was also of good quality with a decent shower. Staff were also very helpful. Breakfast was great (maybe add cereal!) and we would have no hesitation in recommending this to anyone.
Great hotel, amazingly helpful staff, especially David M, couldn't have asked for more. Comfortable clean and spacious room. Fabulous breakfast every day and had a really good dinner. Good location, 10 minute walk from Amsterdam Central Station. Would highly recommend.
I asked about a high floor and have been give 10 which I really did appreciate as the views to the canal have been great! The corner junior suite was great, cool interior and finally a full stocked minibar!
I stayed in this hotel for 4 night for my partners 40th. I emailed them before i went to ask if I could have a little surprise in room when I got there. They had cake, wine and balloons organised for me, I was so happy. Staff were so helpful and nice. Room was lovely, very spacious and clean with the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on in a Hotel before. I did get breakfast the next morning that I didn’t like, for me there wasn’t a great selection but I’m a picky eater anyway 😃 that was the only negative for me. €21 euro for breakfast is a bit much. Also €13 for a gin & tonic 🤷🏻♀️ I’m just comparing that to Irish prices. Overall I loved this hotel and would defo stay again.
