Great management hospitality. This was a great apartment with living roomkitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and washer/dryer. The kitchen had a stove, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and tea kettle. Bring your own toiletries though. The bed was very comfortable. My back was not sore my entire stay. It's about 3-5 minutes walk away from the tram, that takes you to central station. You can walk from the hotel (5 minutes Anne Frank to 30 minutes Zoo) to most Amsterdam attractions. It's about 3-10 minutes walk away from plenty of great restaurants. It was quiet and did not feel like a hotel.

Very highly recommend this beautiful, historic canal house converted to tasteful apartments in the heart of Amsterdam! We spent a week in the Presidential Canal Suite, which had an absolutely enormous living room overlooking the canal, modern kitchen with huge dining table as well. The master bedroom was likewise enormous with a luxurious tub in the ensuite. There was a small secondary bedroom with a bunkbed that was perfect for our two young children, although I wouldn't recommend it for adults. Very centrally located - highly recommend!

Our family had a great week in Amsterdam and staying here was a big part of it. The location was ideal, the apartment was wonderful, and Bram was a wonderful host. The check-in & check-out was easy and I can't say enough about the location. Wonderful place to walk to the sites, Amsterdam Centraal, or just stroll along the canals. Hope to make it back there again soon!

Fantastic location with all the modern amenities one could wish for when staying in Amsterdam for a week. Located in the heart of Amsterdam (the canal ring) and between the Jordan with an abundance of excellent local and ethnic restaurants and the 9-streets area, the location cannot be beat. Literally 10 minutes from Dam Square on foot and a 30 minute walk to the Rijksmuseum. We will definitely book here again. Great value for money and very good and kind service. Picture below is the view from the living room window around 6:00PM while sipping a glass of wine and snacking on some excellent Dutch cheese.

We had an amazing time as usual. Bram was the best host. The Apt was stunning and our time was peaceful and relaxing. We recommend Keizersgracht Residence to everyone. The time we spend here refreshes our hearts and calms our souls. Looking out over the canal is how I want to spend every day.

This is the second time we have stayed at Keizersgracht Residence and it will not be the last. We spent the month of Jan this year and each day was great. This property will make you dream of the next time you can stay there. The Property Manager Bram is one of the nicest people. He is attentive and charming. He makes your stay comfortable and is always there if you need him. Thank you Bram for allowing us to stay.

My family and I spent a wonderful holiday during the new year holidays. Apart from the beautiful Amsterdam what made the holiday perfect was the stay in the apartment which is located in a central but at the same time quiet location. The apartment is really cozy and equipped with all comforts. Certainly if i went back to Amsterdam i would stay here

We stayed in the Grand Suite, which includes a large living room, bedroom and kitchen. The apartment is just great! From the living room offers a magnificent view of the canal. The kitchen has everything you need, to the smallest detail. Tea, coffee, salt, pepper, a bunch of spices, vegetable and olive oil, etc. Bed in the bedroom is spacious. Perhaps a minor flaw is that the sink, shower and bathroom are in the same room as the bedroom, but not separated from it by the door. Although it did not bother us. Bram is very kind, quickly and quickly responds to any of your requests. We were introduced much earlier than the set time, almost immediately upon arrival. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone, and if given the opportunity, I will stay here again.

We stayed in the lower apartment "one bedroom luxury studio". It was perfect for me and my husband. The apartment had everything we needed to cook, wash clothes, relax. The location is great. Relatively quiet street within walking distance to outdoor markets, restaurants and attractions. Bram was most helpful and accommodating during our trip. We arrived much earlier than expected and he was able to meet us at the apartment early and let us in after a long day of travel which was very appreciated. We will definitely stay here during our next trip to Amsterdam!
