I had been in the place with my 10 years old son, and had great time. There are many pros that covers the cons: clean and new rooms, great breakfast, great service, anything was there, 12 minutes ride by trem from the train station, and yet, a quiet neighborhood, and the uniquess of a fliating house (that was a great... nice and clean room ideal for families with children. Quiet location 15 minutes from the city center by tram. Ideal for a quiet and relaxing holiday in Amsterdam. Floating house on the water, it was romantic for us. Excellent communication with pension. Charlie, Brno CZE

Out of the Amsterdam crowd, in 15 minutes by tram (or even less), you will get to Ijburg, where houses are floating, boats take the place of cars and peace is the queen. In this "alternative paradise" we found la Corte Sconta where we spent 2 nights in company of our furry friend (who has been accepted without any problem).... More

I stayed here with my boyfriend and some friends. It was clean and a quirky little B&B and set on the water we had a bedroom downstairs so woke up to swans at our window every morning we loved it! Breakfast could of been abit better but eat out all the time anyway. I would definitely stay again! (Also can... More

Nestled in an architectural haven! Quirky, creative interiors and hosted by a warm family. Overall, a nice place but at €90 for the night, we found it was over-priced. Location was perfect for us as we have friends in Ijburg. Only 10mins to Centraal Station by tram. Bedrooms were a good size but bed dressings and linen needed replacing and... More

We left very pleased after having stayed here on a short break a few weeks back. It's an unusual little B&B on the IJ lake, which makes for a really unique experience. We had the green room which was fairly small but not in a way that it would be an issue, and there's also a Mac in the room... More

The fiancée and I stayed a couple of weeks ago. The owner took very good care of us; the room was clean, as were the toilets, breakfast was lovely and fresh, and the area was beautiful. One tram to Amsterdam Central, with frequent trams coming to and from so travel was super easy! I very much look forward to returning!

We were there for a weekend trip. The way to Amsterdam is very short by bike or tram.Nice and friendly family. Very good fresh breakfast. Rooms are fine. Toilet was not clean enough, but that could be properly from the other guests...Shared bathroom was ok...little bit cheaper prices would be fine.

We're two girls from austria and shared the green room for 2 days - there were no cupboards, but there was enough room to put our clothes :) You have to share the bathroom with other guests, but we didn't see them anytime! The people were really friendly and helpful and we absolutely loooved the breakfast! bread, ham, cheese, eggs,... More

Berhed to a modern residential pier LaCorteSconta it's a mansion boat on three levels, one of which submergeed. This is the treasure we have found in Amsterdam, in the frame of Ijburg. A refined and technological lifestyle, where the extreeme and rebellious Dutch nature, finds the cycle with the human architechture and enigneering. Without being "high hat". we love to live beautiful... To surround ourself of beautiful and smart things, with the center of continental Europe at 12 minutes. This is what we have decided to share with who has the desire, the passion and why not, the wisdom to expect something better. Every day. Day by day...Always looking forward... ... more   less
