This is an excellent studio in a great location close to trams and within walking distance of main museums and canals. Very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The hosts were helpful and pleasant. Highly recommended.

We stayed in the Greener Grounds Studio. The Owner(s) were very nice. The apartment was very spacious and clean in a quieter part of Amsterdam that was still convenient to get around. We would definitely stay again.

I stayed at the Greener Grounds Studio. (at number 55) A ground floor studio with a back courtyard. Very convenient location for the RAI (the trade show and exhibition centre) and also the city centre and the tourist attractions. Lots of cafes, resturants close by and also food shops for self catering. Ideal for a couple or single on a... More

We stayed in the "Bright Beauty" apartment for 3 nights. Generally very good - well equipped, modern and in a quiet neighbourhood 15 mins from the centre. Owners were very helpful, in particular allowing early access and then keeping our cases for us after the departure time, booking a taxi etc. A few small niggles - the layout is not... More

Very nice owners. Great apartment excellent location, which we found to be within walking distance to: Dam Square, Central Station, red light district, Anne Frank, VanGogh etc.. Yet distant enough away to have the feeling of living within the community, they have all the amenities needed within the neighborhood this is a great place to stay while you experience all... More

It feels like home and the staff are super friendly and helpful. The apartment is near a number of markets and easy to find. The location is quiet and with good transportation choice-different from the crowded and noisy area full of tourists near central station.

Stayed in 2 bedroom Bright Beauty Apartments and were disappointed with the quality of bed linen, bathroom soaps etc and furniture. For the price the quality of the furnishings should have been much higher. Bed linen was not ironed and was way too narrow for the bed. Stairs very steep. Felt the images on line did not match the apartments... More

We stayed in the ground floor studio with courtyard in back. Apartment had everything we needed, including washer and dryer (wonderful since we had just finished seven days of biking!). Kitchen even had balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper so we could make salads instead of going out. In heart of museum district with easy transportation access. Big, comfy... More

Stayed here last year and the apprtment we got was truly amazing. All though it was the first floor it did not feel like we were "right on the street". It was huge and had a nice backyard and a wonderful kitchen. Would love to stay here again.

Staying in De Pijp

Neighborhood Profile
De Pijp
Bustling Albert Cuypstraat serves as the main drag through De Pijp and the location for Albert Cuyp Market, the largest and most famous of Amsterdam’s many outdoor markets. Beyond this sometimes-frantic thoroughfare, tiny lanes beckon urban explorers in search of the latest trends and hidden gems. Nearly half the residents living in De Pijp are foreigners and a good number of them are students. Here you'll find a multitude of ethnic restaurants, great cafes and bars, and a brilliant array of locally owned shops, all catering to a broad range of budgets and tastes.
