Cons: - mould on curtains (triple room 109) - m&m's found on the floor that weren't ours (room hadn't been cleaned) - bathroom glasses has dried toothpaste in them - hadnt been cleaned! If you want a room with aircon which is neat and clean - then you can book this place. But be sure you check the size of the room before you book. I hardly had any place to walk and actually booked this hotel only for 2 nights after which I had logged in somewhere else. I was also working form the room during the day hence found it just too small as there is no place to walk. the staff is helpful and there was an Italian guy at the reception who was very helpful and knows the place around.

This hotel is right on the center of everything, all the main places are walking distance. However, the room they gave us was dirty and the humidity odor was bad. We asked them for the possibility to move to another room but they told us this was the only one available and that they were aware of the odor problem in the room. The staff and the location are the only good things of the hotel, at least in our experience

We stayed here for a few nights on a short city break to explore Amsterdam. It was easy to find from the bus stop from the airport. Staff were helpful and friendly. We slept well and the shower was great! With no breakfast facilities it would have been handy to have a fridge in the room. For those staying longer than one night maybe a few more sachets of coffee/tea left would be good, but we managed to ask to get replenished. This hotel is very handy for the museums and park. It is a fair walk to Centraal station although a beautiful picturesque one as long as it’s nice weather!

This is a fantastic base in order to explore the beautiful city of Amsterdam. Our room was on the third floor, it was clean and certainly very comfortable. Not quite sure why people complain that the rooms are small, there is more than enough space. The hotel is within walking distance of the main sites; due to a rainy day we made use of a 24 hour tram/metro/bus ticket ( excellent value). There are plenty of decent bars & restaurants close by! All staff we met at the hotel were great, very friendly and helpful. We would definitely return & definitely recommend!

The staff were friendly, ideal location. Good wifi available. Rooms were small but beds were comfy, room size wasn’t a bother as we were out all the time. No breakfast available was the only downside however they had refunded money for breakfast because of this. Would stay again.

Stayed here for 3 nights the beds are so comfortable probably the most comfortable beds I’ve stayed in whilst away on holiday. The rooms are quite small but clean The staff are really friendly and we’re able to book taxis for us the only disappointment was that they weren’t serving breakfast.

Hotel was absolutely spotless and the bed is very comfortable! The staff are so friendly and are able to help you book some of the museums etc! The hotel is close by to absolutely everything. It’s only a 5/10 minute walk into the city center. I think it’s a very good price as well. I will be coming back again!

Room was clean, the toilet is very nice with the shower. The staff is also very nice and helpful. The price to quality and location is very good. Around the hotel there are bike rents and in the hotel too. To the city center is only 5-10 minutes by walk. Close to the Van Gogh museum. There are few good restaurant nearby.

The place was clean downstairs you have cafetaria where you can serve breakfast and a coffee machine. Accesible area. Close to many museums , you can rent a bike or buy tickets for some museums or rides around the city right at the hotel.
