Lovely little B&B. Immaculately clean, and a wonderful breakfast every morning. It's 15 minutes from the centre on tram, but well worth it. Bedrooms are right on the canal, and even in winter, it's nice to be able to sit outside. Ralph and Kitty love their city, and they're keen to make sure visitors enjoy their stay and get the...

I should firstly apologise for how long overdue this review is. I was discussing my trip recently, and how great the BnB was. Then I remembered to leave some positive feedback. Firstly, both hosts are fantastic. They kept me and my partner exceptionally informed. Ralf knows the city, its history, and everything else there is to know. He's very happy...

Visited for three nights with my husband at end October. Was a bit out of the town centre but 10 mins or so on tram which literally stopped a two minute walk away- trams come every few minutes and very cheap way to travel (Around £!" each unlimited for the three days). The owners of the B and B could...

Kitty and Rhalf both make your stay quite enjoyable -- great hospitality -- willing to pick you up at airport. Wonderful breakfasts and spend an enormous time in front of a map explaining the highlights to hit in Amsterdam. Try to get the room with the door out to the canal -- we enjoyed eating and drinking at the table...

Stayed with my husband for three nights in June. Normally stay in city Centre hotels so was a bit apprehensive about a b&b outside the city Centre. Couldn't recommend this place highly enough. Literally across the street from the tram with excellent and regular public transport links. Kitty and Rhalf were fantastic hosts and gave us lots of information on...

My wife and I spend one night in Amsterdam West nearby Lucas Andreas Ziekenhuis, we liked to walk into the city, saw an opera, drank something and went back with the taxi! The place to stay is excellent because the owners make you feel comfortable and are willing to serve the nicest breakfast you could ever wished.

This is a real BnB, not an Air BnB, meaning you get not just a great place to stay but also hosts who are doing this for a living, cooking you a killer breakfast every morning, and guiding you around the city they love. Kitty picked us up at the airport (totally worth the 15 euros, since a cab would...

Kitty and Rhalf were perfect hosts for our recent 5 day stay in Amsterdam before a river cruise through Europe. Their B&B couldn't have been any better. From the delicious breakfasts every day, to the very clean bedrooms, proximity to trams and all the sights, to a beautiful lake with marina and water life for hiking too. It was fabulous....

Hallo Barb and Rich Thank you for the kind words. Great that you liked the nearby lake, we really like it over there too. And with the new restaurant at the east corner of the lake opening soon, this will become a great nearby place for drink or food. We hope you enjoyed the cruise. All the best, Rhalf and...

We had a wonderful time in Amsterdam recently thanks to Rhalf and Kitty. They were both so helpful that it made our stay so much more than we anticipated. From providing amazing breakfasts every morning, to telling about the trams and accessibility to many parts of Amsterdam, we couldn't have been happier. The location was very good with easy access...
